“Absolute nightmare! This company is completely incompetent. They delivered my package to the wrong address and refuse to give me any information on where it was left, so I could at least try to recover it myself. To make things worse, their so-called customer service is only available Monday through Friday, meaning I’m stuck without a solution until they feel like dealing with their own mistake. This is beyond unacceptable—I will NEVER do business with this company again and strongly warn everyone to stay away from them!”
