Best advice: AVOID WORKING WITH THIS FACILITY. They’ve been holding a material for 2 weeks because “they tried to deliver to the address provided” and they’re saying the address is wrong. The address is absolutely correct and they’re trying to charge us a redelivery fee, or they won’t deliver. BE CAREFUL

The worst shipping company you can deal withThey don’t have the forklift to drop your shipment to the floor and they don’t want to wait for you to off load the shipmentI had to rent u-haul and go to pick up my shipmentCustomer service very badI don’t recommend any one to deal with them

Be aware this location closes at 12:30pm and reopens after 5pm but good if you need to weigh and ship a large package.

My package got shipped to miami via airplane from orlando.. Then from miami it was shipped via airplane back to orlando from miami. Then it was shipped via airplane back to the same facilities in miami. Then out for delivery to my house by 1:07pm. I did not get my package today and it is 11:00pm as of now. Your company as a whole is unorganized and wasteful. This is insane.** update** apparantly the consignee had a problem. Which I had to google to figure out what it is.. Aparently thats me. I was home all day yesterday waiting for said package.. No problem here.. So now its delayed for 2 more days... What the heck ups.

Great service when the service was available, unfortunately when I called the 1-800 UPS Freight Customer service they gave me wrong service hours: 10am to 4 pm so I was there at 3pm to my surprise the hours were totally different 8am to 11:30am and 5pm to 10pm.I had to wait three hours until finally the drivers came in.

What can I NOT say about UPS. In today's economy with large retailer closing there doors and more people are looking towards the internet for their everyday shopping, these express shipping companies have taken on a new importance like never before, but what about service? Throughout the years no one has done it better than UPS. They are huge and can practically deliver a package not only anywhere in the USA, but world as well and for that alone they should deserve a 5 star rating, right? Last month I decided to order a new 49" OLED Computer monitor from an online retailer that eventually sourced stock from a third party and used UPS as shiPping company. What should have been delivered in one week turned into two weeks and nothing, so I decide to use shippers tracking information and supposedly package was in Miami and set for delivery. Another week goes by and UPS is no were to be seen with shipment, so online search with tracking status hasn't changed, so process of calling them starts and I quickly find out that you can only call on certain hours during day, but eventually get a hold of a very friendly CSR that tell me that contact information was not given and they would not risk leaving Package at door (driver never left notice at door either) so I decided to schedule best time and go pick up at terminal. To make a long story short I arrived at a very noisy and busy terminal and had to wait for one hour before they finally found box and I was on my way home with new computer monitor. Overall was not 100% happy with service, but was very impressed by three things 1. They didn't loose box and where conceRned enough not to risk leaving expensive item at front door. 2. Customer service was very friendly and helpful 3. Although I had to wait one hour for my package they were concerned enough about what was ggoing on by keepiing me updated what was going on and making fresh Cuban coffee while I waited. Overall prefer to buy next big ticket electronic in retail store, but would give UPS credit for making sure That altgot my product in good condition although shipper didn't give them correct information they made sure I eventually got my big ticket item without a loss.

This was my second time dropping off, first time was more like the same, there is no one to receive you, or at least to say hi, after been standing for more than 10 mins I decided to talk to the guy who was trying to not notice I was there, he just yelled to a coworker to come to the window, after she processed my papers, she just told to wait for the next driver to show up, so I'm here... waiting... it's been over 50 mins now. Worst customer service ever! If you are in a rush don't come here. Ah I'm here again because the first time someone broke my package( 3 plywood pieces strapped together). I wonder how that happened.
