Every time we come to this ups they have different times of closing. Today we got there at 3:31pm and they close at 3:30pm. It was a simple amazon return and the lady with glasses that was there just looked at us saying “no” super rude. Couldn’t even come and speak to us. I get that they want to go home but there’s ways of handling situations to provide a good costumer service at the end of the day.

I recently visited this UPS Store, and I was beyond impressed with the experience! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They made my shipping process so smooth and easy, explaining all of my options and making sure I got the best deal. The store was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long at all.
Whether you need to ship something, print materials, or just need a notary, this is the place to go. I will definitely be coming back for all my shipping needs!

I WENT THERE FOR A DIGITAL FINGERPRINTS AND THE TWO LADIES IN THERE DON'T EVEN HAVE AN IDEA WHAT IS THE CODE TO PROCESS IT. I WENT THERE TODAY AND BOTH AGREED THAT NO CODE IN MY PAPER OR DOCUMENTS REQUESTING THE FINGER PRINTS DIGITAL, AND WAS THERE. THEY MAKE US AS A CLIENT TO LOOSE OUR VALUABLE TIME. DON'T GO THERE, PEOPLE OR EMPLOYEES LIKE THE TWO LADIES DON'T WORK WELL AND NO FRIENDLY TOO.
