Zero stars. Worst customer service received from ms peters. The store states they open at 8am but as it happens often ms peters comes in close to 8:30 am. No explanation given. She completely ignores the customers waiting outside. Worst experience. Never going back.

Unfortunately my last few times going to this particular UPS has been disappointing. First, I could not drop off packages because the office closed early. Furthermore, the team was dismissive and would not accept our prepaid packages because they said UPS did not accept prepaid packages anymore.
To find out later on that is not the case, as other UPS stores nearby had no problem taking our prepaid packages.

Very rude staff and Incredibly unprofessional. Wasted over 30 minutes on a 5 minute task.
Not the typical service nor experience when working with UPS.
Will not return to this location under any circumstances.

After waiting in a line with 7 other people to get a single document notarized , I was told by a smug employee that the notary only works until 2pm. It was 4:15pm. When I told the employee that notarizing documents is literarily advertised on a sign that hung above his head as a provided service, he sarcastically replied that he was not the owner! Avoid this place like the plague. The people who work here d not value your time.

Excellent service by Marlin, one of the young women working at the store. Helped us navigate through a difficult situation with Amazon, then helped us moving a large package back into our car, even without us asking her for help.
