Vladimir gives a great service here ! best worker in this location ! I think he should in charge of this location! I come here many times throu the month to pick up packages and the services been great everytime with Vladimir !

If I could rate zero, I would. I went to pick up my package at their location having spoken to a lady who told me that my package was being held at the store from 7am-730pm. When I arrived around 5pm they said that it would arrive the next day and the lady I spoke with on the phone didn't have a clue how the delivery system worked. I called today, they said that the contents in my package was gone. COMPLETELY EMPTY- AFTER I TRIED TO PICK IT UP THE DAY BEFORE. Hmm... 1st attempt at a pick up and my package was stolen. Thanks for the headache. The inconvenience was thoughtful.

After reading the reviews and personally experiencing how AWFUL this center is, I don't know how It is still functioning. My package was supposed to be delivery on a Friday, at 7:15pm the latest. At around 6pm, I saw a UPS truck who flew passed my house and I KNEW he had missed my house. At 7:40pm, coincidently after my package was supposed to get delivered, I get a text update that "the sender requested that UPS keep my package". My sender is a huge company who would not have done that, especially not after It was supposed to get delivered. When I called UPS' customer line they were super nice, but of course, they didn't really solve anything. They simply told me that It was a "weird" situation. This center didn't deliver my package on Friday and now I will have to wait until Monday just because of their irresponsibility. Something should be getting done. I will be filing a claim with the company who uses UPS as their delivery method. Note: I've had horrible experiences with UPS already so I make sure to be at my house on the days they deliver.

The store is horrible!! I was told to go to any UPS store to shop soemthign when I get there I'm told they don't do that only other UPs stores!!! How stupid is that!! It's not a contracted site it's a UPS store I have never written a review and totally understand if it was on me but there online website does mention that they don't ship AT&T equipment only other uPS stores!! Wtf!!! I had to pay to get here and they come out with that BS!!!

Not even 1 star! Are negative numbers possible? I was told this morning that my shipment would arrive to my apartment complex between 4:15 PM and 8:15 PM. I remained home waiting so I could sign for the package. After 4 PM, I found out by e-mail that the time had been moved up to between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM. At 5:52 , I found out by e-mail that the package had been "delivered" at 5:22 PM. It was nowhere to be found. The local office called after 6;30 PM to notify us that a person had called to report that the package had been sent to the wrong destination. At 6:40 PM, we were told "the driver will be there in a few minutes". We returned home to wait...At 7:40 PM, I called and after waiting (again) for 10 minutes, was told that it would arrive before 9 PM. It is now 10:20 PM. NOTHING! After reading so many other negative reviews of UPS "service", I guess I am joining the ample ranks of dissatisfied customers. In my profession, I speak before large numbers of people, both in South Florida and in other parts of the nation. I will use my sphere of influence to encourage my audiences NEVER to use UPS. You reap what you sow!

Worst customer center everrrr! The driver that comes to my area, attempts deliveries whenever the hell he wants to. More often than not, he doesn't even attempt and creates such a terrible issue for me because I don't have the luxury to stay home all day everyday waiting for packages. Furthermore when I finally can get them to call me back, they always promise he will come back and never does. They need to fire everyone at this location and start fresh. I don't know who is lazier the drivers or the people working at the center.

Customer service is horrendous. Completely disorganized system, they may or may not have your package. On top of that the front desk guy is racist. Waited patiently for a woman to run back to her car to get her ID, I spend 5 sec to look in my bag on my person and I get skipped. Complete waste of time, incompetent and stoic employees. Better to deal with tech support stationed abroad. Please don't waste your time with this company first negative stars if possible

The only reason I give them a one star is because I can't not give them no stars they are horrible at telling it as it is there's not one person there worth giving them the sweat off my balls they semi to be in a competition to see who does the least In one word unfuckingbelievable....
