I just came in today to return a package and why is it so hot in there? I felt like I just left a sauna. Never wanted to leave an establishment quicker. I feel even worse for the workers who have to sit through that for multiple hours. This better be fixed by the next time I return or I am never coming back. At least the customer service was good.

The worst treatment in the world. Waooooooo I went on December 30th and they closed the door before 4:00 pm and they voted me out. What petty and poorly educated people. They don't know how to treat the public, much less women. It's a shame they tarnish the reputation of this company.

This is the second time that I have been “helped” by Aaron. I come to this store all the time to return Amazon merchandise.He is the only employee that has required an envelope or box for some items that I have brought without a box (Amazon says no box needed).Ironically, Aaron wears a tag that says “his customer service superpower is friendliness” and I’ve never seen him crack a smile or make eye contact with a customer. He is condescending, repeating “ma’am” every other word and just plain rude.I have only received smiles and good customer service from the rest of the staff. It is regrettable that you have someone that brings down your store in this way. He should receive some additional training in customer service.

I love coming to this UPS STORE because the customer service is beyond excellent all the time. I've been helped by every staff that works there. Briannah, Ernesto, Emily, and Laurie. All I have to say is what an amazing team they truly work together to get the job done. All my packages and next day shipping get to their destination on time.

Michael is a unpleasant person, he has no manners when dealing with the public. And just say a word in Spanish he gets even more upset. He should go to work in another state although I don't know where because Spanish is spoken everywhere.

Best coustmer service ever!!! I had this super sweet curly headed girl with tan skin. She deserves a raise or bonus from how quick and efficient she is. I'll definitely come back when I need to make another return.

Customer service isn’t the best. I walked in and waited in line. Once I saw someone available behind the counter I walked up to find a young tan girl with curly hair scowling, looking down and murmuring under her breath, when her co worker said “huh” she said nothing and With out saying a greeting or asking me how she could help me… I just told her what service I needed and she nodded and did her job as unpleasantly as she could. Seems like she’s miserable working there .

Same thing every weekend, line out the door, staff seems lost and unintrested in helping, it's always new people working there. This young lady was literally taking personal calls while helping people and chatting with her co-worker as the line kept getting longer and longer and the other guy wasn't even helping anyone for about 15 minutes he was just on his phone and seemed lost most of the time. This is the worst UPS store in Miami.

No complaints about the staff but this UPS just didn't want to accept the Shein packaging that I brought in nor provide packaging for my amazon product. UPS in other locations always accept this type of Shein packaging and this specific amazon product included free shipping and packaging (I'm a prime member who is always purchasing products). I didn't feel like arguing at 9 in the morning or go to another UPS store so I ended up paying $6.42 for my returns. Will avoid this store in the future.

I have been using this UPS store for years. Recently I had an issue with a claim that took months to resolve. Michael went above and beyond to assist me in getting a fair resolution to the matter. It was a frustrating process at times, but Michael remained committed to seeing it through and offering his support. Although a new UPS store has opened closer to my home, Michael has earned this customer for life and I will continue to use this store as my main shipping point. You can't go wrong using this store! It is the best!

Okay, this location has very much been redeemed themselves from my last visit.Michael was very adamant and persistent about making things right and I greatly appreciate that!!He definitely went above and beyond. He personally reached out to me and even offered to pick up my Amazon return from my home or work. That was very kind and not something any other store would probably do.My boyfriend ended up taking the packages back and Michael showed him that there is a discrepancy with the Amazon returns. Michael even notified corporate of this as well. Michael kindly sent me a photo of the updated consolidated packages and receipt.UPS and companies in general need more employees like Michael. Thank you again!
