I had a terrible experience at this UPS Store. Both employees—a young woman and an older man—were extremely unprofessional, unwelcoming, and seemed like they hated their jobs. No greeting, no courtesy, just pure attitude.
To top it off, they charged me $3 just to print a single page, calling it a “computer charge.” The older man literally used the computer for one second just to print a label I had already emailed. This is nothing but a rip-off.

Uncomfortable Staff Interaction
I recently visited this UPS Store and unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. While I appreciate staff being attentive, I felt their approach was overbearing. Instead of providing helpful assistance, they acted in a way that came across as patronizing, offering unsolicited “life advice” rather than focusing on the reason for my visit.
A professional and respectful tone goes a long way in customer service, and I hope the management addresses this to improve future interactions.

Yesterday, Saturday September 28 2024, I went to the UPS Store after 5PM, this store closes at 5:30PM and I was served by a young associate, who served me very attentively. It was just a drop-off return and she immediately helped me through the Amazon App. The mistake had been mine. My return was to be done, to one of the Whole Food Stores and she is extremely skilled with the App and helped me transfer the return to the UPS store. Whom nowadays, young people, has this much patience and attention with customers? This store is very lucky to have an associate like her.
THANKS SO MUCH. I will be a customer forever.

The lady that assisted me went WAY above her responsibilities and helped call Amazon to get the correct return label. She is truly an asset to UPS that must be recognized for her exceptional customer service.

I have a post box which allows packages to be delivered.
Works flawlessly - even had a 150 pound box delivered.
