I made an appointment at this location for fingerprints. I arrived at the set time, only for one of the employees to say the only person that could do the fingerprints had stepped out, he didn’t know when he was returning and HAVING AN APPOINTMENT DOESNT MATTER! It’s my time, time is money. How disrespectful!

I'm giving them 2 stars for the misinformation, I made an appointment for fingerprints, and nowhere they tell you that appointments for fingerprints are after 12pm, even though you can be scheduled at 10am

The UPS Store located on 3725 W Flagler St
Has been my go to store for all things shipping 5years and counting. They always take care of my packaging and shipping needs.

Dropped off my iPhone trade in and associate was acting very shady asking a lot of questions and checking out the box .Well guess what .. the package is lost and has not left the store since 10/03/2024 and it was 2nd day air label. Stuck at the “dropped off stage”. Shady Shady business!
Called UPS for an investigation.

Good morning, can you read this about the bad experience I had, I sent a package with 4 pairs of children's shoes for my grandson in Texas, Nike shoes with a total value of $500 in clothes, shoes and medications, as well as the birthday decorations and the box was received in bad condition, they only delivered some of the decoration things all crushed when I complained, they did not want to be responsible for it, they did not want to search their warehouses for the cameras or make the claim, I wrote and called several places and they were only going to give me 143 dollars and only one pair of shoes cost that. I do not recommend this establishment. I am not the only person that has had this happen. They ask you what is in the box and they knew what was in it. You tried to track the box and it did not come out. That caught my attention. Now I am waiting for the blessed check to arrive. But it is in the hands of other people, investigate that place because I am sure it was in their warehouses, they stole it. I am going to leave the photo there.

This store is not safe to send anything, they stole everything I sent and they did not take responsibility for anything and I lost all my money, they stole 4 pairs of Nike shoes for my son, medicines and clothes, I leave this here so that someone can take measurements and remove to all the thieves they have working there

My package was supposed to be dropped off at this UPS location. I went back on three different occasions and was told to come back at a later time, just to be inform they couldn’t find my package. No further assistance was offered by the manager. I had to do their job and file a complaint to locate my package. Horrible customer service. The package is not something that could easily be replaced and was drop off at the wrong location.
