Not only was the store a mess (I literrally had to climb over packages) but for sealing my drop off package with less than a foot of tape they charged me with $2.14 which is ridiculous!

Avoid this store they overcharge for simple printed pages or even having to use tape when you have your own UPS label. Total scam this location

This store is different from other ones in that it is a franchise and they charge you for every pathetic little thing. I just paid $2 to have a box taped shut

One of the worst UPS locations I’ve ever been to. The staff is always slow, unfriendly, and constantly making up new rules that don’t exist at other UPS stores. They refuse to accept packages even when they’re properly packed, and they often decline Amazon returns with random excuses. It’s frustrating that those of us who live nearby are stuck with this location. It feels like the owner doesn’t care at all about customer service — probably because there’s no real competition in the area. Hopefully, someone more capable takes over this business soon.

i would give zero stars if i could. the fair skinned employee with white hair was very rude and also charged me $2 dollars for a single piece of tape!! Very inconsiderate people. However, the same man chooses who he wants to charge for the packing tape!

I went there today to drop off prepaid next day air box. The counter person (he said his name was Ray and he was the store manager) asked me to pay a dollar for dropping off prepaid parcel. I refused so he went outside and dropped my parcel into a hide garbage container. I was lucky to notice it and agreed to pay a dollar so he would pick the parcel from the bottom of the garbage container. I then requested to cancel the transaction and took my parcel to a different ups drop off location. That employee Ray shall be at least terminated…
