This store should be closed and reported for being thieves and abusive; They are the worst representation of UPS and provide deplorable service.I bring a box exactly the same way I received from amazon (the box has his own closure) and they want to charge me to put tape when the box doesn’t need to be taped.When I was leaving a UPS truck arrived and I let the driver know my situation and he just scan my box and take it as simple as that as was supposed to be but this store the only thing they want to do, is to abuse and rob their customers with charges that Amazon does not require in their returns.Also The people who work there are people without any education or manners.Avoid this store

Is all about the attitude. Given the outrageous overcharges, there should be an attitude of helpfulness.Besides me there was one other customer who will likely never use this store again.Was like this last time too.

The best customer service hands down. Angry people leave angry reviews that’s why I am cautious, when reading other peoples negative rants. The personel here is beyond kind and no one can take that away from them. Been a customer at this location for 8 plus years now.

Horrible UPS store. 1 guy that is very slow (30 mins with 3 people in line). Then, charges to tape boxes for prepaid returns.

Very bad experience . Employees Not friendly at all. Make you want to pay to tape a small box 2$ ! Want you to buy another box … all about money nothing about service ! Go to another UPS

I went to shop two old ipads i sold on ebay for 20 dollars each and the guy tried to sold me a box for 25 bucks. I said it wouldnt be worth and put them in cushioned envelopes. Another staff member started to tease about that. in the end i told the attendant they just lost a customer and he replied “NO PROBLEM”.

Hands down the most appalling customer service by the owner and staff of any UPS store in miami. And they overcharge for printing, tape and any additional service by 2x vs other ups stores. Avoid if you can.

I had a brand new tv and ship it with this store when I received the tv it’s broken had so many crack on the screen literally the worst ups store ever.

Danny was a great help today! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and told what I needed to do next! I was there to print & thought I might have needed to use the computer, but he insisted I use their email to send documents to. When I told him I was having trouble attaching one of the documents, he quickly had a solution and it worked. He was also kind enough to print out another document for me as the first one was did not print correctly. He also seems to do well at multitasking because he was able to help me and others simultaneously without anyone feeling like they weren’t being tended to. I live nearby and had no idea a UPS location was here. I’ll be back! Thank you!

Needed a small piece of tape, the employee assisting me wouldn’t let me have two inches of tape that was on his desk. Instead I had to purchase an entire roll. Terrible service.

They could deliver your package to and access point, when it specifically specifies to be deliver to the owner, and no where else, but they can't hold it on post to pick it up personally before it goes out for delivery... GREAT CUSTUMER SERVICE, ? AMAZING...
