Today, August 16, I went to this store at 2 pm to send a fax and they couldn't send the fax, so the employee told me that I had to pay for all the pages I wanted to send, which was 21.56 because I couldn't send it but I couldn't. I understand if you couldn't have sent the fax how they want to charge me for all the pages when I didn't even send the first one, it was a very unpleasant experience how they charge for a complete service when they haven't done it I hope that with this comment you don't go to this store here I am sending you the photo who told me that he is the manager of the store I hope someone understands my concern
