Excelente servicio y muy rápido. En mi caso fui a entregar unos cuantos paquetes de Amazon y el empleado Keven me ayudo maravillosamente durante el proceso. Tiene 2 parqueos frente a la tienda, muy conveniente, esta localizado dentro del hotel DoubleTree y gracias a esto no hay lineas. Se puede decir que este lugar es perfecto si quieres llegar y salir super rápido.

There is no parking. there's only valet parking for hotel guests, if you look for a self-parking you have to pay for it and it's already at the other side of the place so it's really far so it's only convenient for hotel guests other than that don't waste your time

Store is attached to Double Tree Hotel and Miami Intl Mall. You can park in designated spots right in front of the store/hotel. I had 3 packages sent to my name at the hotel and picked up here. Yes you pay a pickup and handling fee, this is typical at most hotels which have trade show spaces. Keven (with an e) and team were helpful and allowed for a smooth transaction. They take care of your packages and are courteous and efficient (no long lines) but they are not the actual delivery team (not drivers for ups/FedEx) so the negative reviews stating delivery issues are misguided at this store, in my opinion.

Be Careful!: this UPS location is stealing/missing your products. I took to this location an amazon item to be returned(with AMZ prepaid return label), they weight the item, gave me the receipt, BUT NEVER SENT the product. Literally they STOLED IT. its been more than a month i haven't had a response.I called them , and got horrible customer service. 1st they dropped off my call when i was explaining my problem. 2nd, they told me it was they UPS driver that took the item but never scanned it. 3rd. they told me I can not file a claim bc Amazon is the one need to do it. (But when calling Amazon supervisor they say the opposite)Summarizing, This location is keeping your item, and not giving you the proper support. Pls dear Manager, take responsibility on your employees actions, you have cameras all over the place.If I don't have any response in a short time, will be filing a claim with POLICE.

I was staying at this hotel and needed to ship something out before I headed to the airport. Went to the UPS and was told that my small package weighing only 1lb 6oz would cost $45.91 to ship. I told the guy that was ridiculous and I never heard of anything costing that much and he told me it was their cheapest option. later on looking at the receipt I found that the shipping was only $23.94 and that they charged me an additional $21.75 fee in addition to a $0.22 processing fee. All of this while I was a hotel guest. They also incorrectly marked my package as 44 in long instead of the ~36 it was. Looking up this exact same shipment on the UPS website It should have only cost me $16.15.

Had a package shipped to my hotel. It ended up going to UPS. This was my medical supplies. When I called to have my fiancé pick up they told me they were going to charge me to pick up my package I never had shipped there to begin with

You charge to drop off a package?! Sketchy. Never heard of such a thing. Drove the 5 min to the UPS facility to drop it off there instead. Avoid!

Paid to have early morning delivery at the hotel. I heard in transit all day and finally had to leave on our cruise without it. Wouldn’t have paid that much if it weren’t really important, but employee at the store couldn’t have cared less!
