Very happy with my experience today. This location is very efficient. The PA and x-ray tech were great. Both were professional, kind, caring, and informative. I didn't have to ask questions. They explained everything.

Perfect place for minor medical emergencies. The people are very nice, Dr del Pino is capable and professional. All around high-quality service. Highly recommendedSecond review - this time I took my husband for a minor emergency. Great experience again. It's so nice to be greeted by Leon, the nurse, nice and happy person and excellent nurse. David, the PA was thorough, spent a lot of time explaining the condition and recommendations. Very professional and friendly. I recommend this Express Care for minor emergencies. We felt safe and confident

Love this place! Clean, quick to the point, staff is so friendly. They took care of my child’s possible broken finger. They do stitches, X-rays, testing, etc. Didn’t have to wait in a room full of respiratory problems with two kids.

Dr. Olga is the best. She cares for patients. Goes above and beyond to make you feel better. Def recommend. I've also came with a male dr and he's good too. Very nice staff. Very attentive. Good for quick in and out issues.

Well let me start by saying I felt like I was in a third world country when I had to deal with the finances in the beginning of my visit I asked to be Build for the $75 copay. It was rather embarrassing that's the lady on the monitor had to speak with her supervisor because the Baptist urging care express does not allow billing. For the copay I did not have my card on me as my card. Add some fraudulent issues and I did not have my wife's debit card. Then the nurse came in to ask me what the situation was with my copay. I then had to explain to him. The doctor never even looked at me until my wife came dropped off her card. Which is not A? Big deal because I do not live far but I do have a special meets child that she had to put in the car to go for A? 2 minute ride. Which is? Not. Easy to explain? Trade. Special? Meets child causing him stress so payed the $75 copay then less. Then 30 seconds after I paid the doctor then came in? To provide medical care. I thought it was sad he wouldn't even come into the room until I paid the money. Then the nurse took my Blood Pressure. I was in their sick I had been coughing a lot I coughed while my broad pressure was being taken any came back at 146 over. 96. What's later? I learned he should have known better and had read done my Blood Pressure. I understand Baptist has their policies and I understand you have very good reasons for doing so. I didn't think it would be at the cost of my care or my humiliation. For the first time in a long time I was very let down. Disappointed an embarrassed probably will not go. To this location again unfortunately because it is very close to my house. I really hope you guys revisit your policy on the co pay and the billing at least for people who walk in with a valid Health Insurance card.

The worst experience that we have ever had with a doctor. A visit today with Dr. Andria F. Rodriguez showed us that she should not be treating our family, and quite frankly, no one else should be seen by this doctor. After dealing with high blood pressure for a while, Dr. Andria F. Rodriguez prescribed medication that unfortunately did not help as much as we both had hoped. The minute that we questioned her decision to prescribed that medication and suggested an alternative, she changed her tone and said "You can do what you want, whatever you want". We dismissed that comment and asked about how certain she is that it is the best option and she answered by saying "All the years of training and working aren't for nothing, yeah we like to play with people's health, that's what we do here". At this point we were shocked to hear such a response from a "medical professional". When we asked about how we can receive the results of the bloodwork printed, she stated "With a printer, that's what we do, that's how it works". At this point, we asked why she was talking this way and being so edgy. She replied by telling us that we are not trusting her and that we need to find a doctor that we trust, because we are doubting her input. She then proceeded to tell me (husband of patient) that my body language is disrespectful because I keep going on my phone while she speaks to my wife (the patient). I told her that we have 3 kids I need to check up on and make sure they made it out of school in a timely matter, since they are being picked up. I told her that her day gets better and she answered with "It will be better once you guys leave". Lastly, she was negligent in providing the results of the bloodwork and scan that was done, because she was leaving the office upset without providing the results, we had to call her back in and remind her. I do not understand how someone like this is allowed to speak and treat people. I understand that we may sometimes have bad days, but this is something that I never imagined would happen in this line of work.
