Excellent! Extremely friendly attention.The packages were in perfect condition and within 48 hours at most of Amazon notifying that the package was delivered, I received an email from USA Locker with a photo of the package received.About 60 days before my trip was Amazon Prime Day. The difference in prices from being able to take advantage of those offers more than paid the cost of the locker and I was able to save a lot. And the times gave me perfect because when I arrived the 60 days had not yet passed.I selected to pick up the packages instead of sending them to my hotel. Everything worked perfectly. It was very easy to request consolidation to pick up fewer packagesIt's just the service I was needing. 100% recommendable

The information on schedules is not updated, it was open on the days that I picked up my locker and they were not open, they do not answer whatsapp, calls or instagram, they are not people to trust, they kept my products, unfortunately I was traveling and I cannot return soon.Definitely not recommended.

I have been a customer for several years, they never update the dates on which they will be closed, you call the phone and they do not answer, they answer slowly on WhatsApp and leave you on seen. The service has deteriorated a lot over time.
