THE MANAGER AT THE POST OFFICE 33152 NEVER HELPS AT ALL. THE OTHER TIME I OPENED THE PO BOX AND FOUND ALL MY MAIL OPEN, WHICH ARE MONEY ORDER. SHE SAYS IT WAS THE MACHINE. I DON'T BELIEVE IT. YOU GO AND COMPLAIN SOMETHING. SHE NEVER DOES ANYTHING. THE MONEY ORDERS ARE PUT IN ANOTHER PO BOX

I was treated with respect. Ample parking. Self-service is very accessible also. The clerks are fast, and I was treated kindly with respect.

Saved me more than once due to its late hours (being opened longer than most other sites). It is difficult, they are swamped with Amazon marketplace and large orders along with folks (I was one) stressed trying to get their items sent. Be patient and good luck. They to take a lot of crap from folks that is rude, crude and unnecessary.

most useless PO in SFL. complete incompetence. the people look like they are forced to be there. we should have a more competent postal system in this country. they tell you one thing in the phone and another in person 0 accountability.

Only reason I’m giving four stars is because of miss samantha wims it’s been over two months now since I’ve not been getting my packages and I’ve been going back-and-forth with Usps over the phone and over emails and then I got a hold of Miss Samantha and she was a big help with everything. I mean I only got half of my packages. I’m still missing a ton but the fact that she took time and she helped me yeah I got a lot so I’m still missing a few, but I’m happy that I’m getting them.

Very poor experience with the passport service
I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The day before, an employee — as a courtesy — told us to return on Saturday because we were missing one document for the passport application. Following her advice, we came back on Saturday, which cost us time and a day of work.
We arrived early, and the office didn’t even open until 9:10 a.m. There was no one else waiting in line for passport services, so they clearly could have helped us. However, they treated us very rudely and said they weren’t accepting walk-ins and that we had to come back on Monday.
What’s worse is that the same person who told us to come on Saturday yelled at us and said they were already full — when it was obvious they were not. They simply didn’t feel like helping us.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for such an important service. Better organization and, above all, respect for the public are urgently needed.

Horrible experience! I was mistreated by this woman who was very disrespectful. She yelled at me and made me go back to the end of line because I was taping the box while waiting. Have never had such a horrible experience, and she kept arguing with me for no reason and mocking and talking bad about me to the next clients while I was there and could hear her clearly. SPEECHLESS. I am not asking for 5 star service, just asking to be a HUMAN.

Amazing place to renew the passport of your child. You need to Make an appointment online. Update April 2025. Still the best choice for a passport. They take your picture there if you want.

In order to rate, I have to give a star, otherwise I wouldn't give any. I've been waiting since 8 in the morning to be seen for fingerprints (Service that is very expensive)by a very attentive lady.He told me that the person in charge was already walking to arrive, it was 8:48 and the person had already come and they were still laughing and talking without attending to anyone, supposedly he wasn't ready but he didn't stop.To chat and laugh. The treatment is very rude. I had to stop and ask what would happen if I couldn't get help today. He told me I had to wait because he wasn't ready, then someone stood in the doorway and waved a hand as if I were a cow.Nothing more is asked than a little ethics, a little professionalism, A little empathy, I have been to many USPS and have not received the same treatment as today
