This is the most obnoxious post office I have ever been to my life. And I’m from NYC. One agent was one inch from cursing at me even when all I said was hi can you please help me with my returned package?
I have been dealing with them for a full month, going there multiple times. All my packages were returned due to “vacancy”, then after jumping a dozen hoops and filling forms they told me in two weeks I should be able to receive mails. Then after four weeks I thought it should be good enough, so I ordered 6 packages, all got returned again due to “vacancy” again. I endured all the venom uncalled for at the window, filled all the forms, waited much longer than their time estimate, and my apartment is obviously not “vacant” with AC, doorbell etc and I was always at home on the day of delivery. They told me I have to receive some confirmation mail in the mailbox to prove that I live at that address, but since that address is “vacant”, they can’t deliver that “confirmation mail”due to “vacancy”…So they were hellbent to insist that my address is “vacant”so they basically don’t have to deliver to my address. I can’t help but feeling there is some kind of evil pleasure underlying all this.

The worst USPS agency. Their workers don’t want to work. His proactivity does not exist. They open at 8:30 am and at that same time of the opening is that they arrange the store. Please!

Employees don't even know what their job is. This guy started screaming at me and didn't even know what a padded envelope was. He started scrutinizing me without knowing what he was saying or letting me talk. I'm well aware of the law. I walked away for how disrespectful this guy was.
Clearly won't be coming to this one again. Been sending packages for years.

I Dislike Some Of The Employees Here. When I've Gone Here These People Are Just Workin For The Paycheck Not Because They Enjoy Assisting People. I've Gone To This Place Concerning Mail Of Other People Coming To My Mailbox & It's Still Happening Now, No Changes Nothing Yet!!! My Mail Comes Open or My Mail Goes To Other Peoples Mailbox Where I Live. Recently An Important Document Was Lost But They Claim It Was Delivered But I Was Checking Everyday For It And Nothing!!! BIG MYSTERY!!! They Suck!!!

Avoid this location. Absolutely incompetent personnel. When my package was returned to me (it needed another declaration form, was stated on a note as a reason why my package was not delivered) I brought my package to this post office. An older woman with glasses didn’t even check the reason why my package couldn’t be shipped. She saw that I was shipping it to Ukraine and told me that it can’t be shipped because there is a war (a lie - I’ve been shipping packages by USPS during the war many times and the reason why my package couldn’t be shipped was written on a note). I took my package to another employee and said that I need another customs declaration. At first he was telling me that items could contain something that is prohibited. I asked him to provide a list of prohibited categories to send to Ukraine and he said that he doesn’t know, he doesn’t have this information and that there is a war in Ukraine, he is not sure if they are shipping at all and I have to find out it somewhere myself… One of the visitors who overheard our conversation recommended me to visit other location and I’ll go there. Very unfortunate experience, sadly this office spreads disinformation.

Poor Customer Service and Disrespectful Treatment. Certainly! Review for this USPS Location. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this USPS location. Howard attended to me, and I was unfortunately mistreated throughout the entire interaction. When I had questions, they were either ignored or answered with a noticeable lack of interest. It felt like I was bothering him just by asking anything. He wouldn’t even make eye contact, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and disrespectful. I left the location feeling frustrated and disrespected. Customer service is vital, and this interaction was far from the standard one would expect. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future.

They shipped fast to the European Union (NL). They were faster than myself. The personnel inside were great and helpful.

This is the first place I’ve ever been to that have a “walk in list” 💀. How and why tf do u have a walk in list that’s basically just setting up an appointment. Idk it just doesn’t make sense at all. And mind you when I walked in, there was barely anyone in there 😭

Horrible. We cane to renew my child passport and the woman at the counter claimed they could not take a photo because the camera was broken. Rude old woman who should be fired. Avoid that location at all cost.

I had a very pleasant experience at this post office. I needed to submit a passport renewal form. The black gentleman who helped me was respectful and efficient. He gave me clear instructions on what to do. The line wasn't too long and we kept on moving forward fairly quickly. You could schedule an appointment, but walk-in was just fine if you want to send your passport renewal form. Just make sure to check the times; as of now, walk-ins are only between Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:30am-11:30am (1 hour window.)
