This post office location is horrible & understaffed. The staff is rude, inefficient & diarespectful. The branch is not maintained well, dated & dirty. Save yourself some grief and use a UPS or FEDEX store.

If you own a business please don’t ship anything here. I’m stressed out because my customers thinks that they were scammed due to not receiving their packages. I’m losing money and when I go to them about the package they say that “even if it do not appear on the tracking site it’ll still be delivered” however that was a lie!.

Postal employee, “Wanda” refused to provide a receipt for a package that I dropped off that was insured. When her colleague convinced her to scan the package she intentionally provided a receipt for a different package.

The Employee name Shiela has so much attitude. I went there a few times because on the way to pick up my daughter (normally I went to north Miami) some time she just sat and eating tossing snack to her mouth while ppl are waiting for service or play with her phone. I have prepaid mail and need receive, because I’ve lost my packages before. She doesn’t like to scan pre-paid mails. I understand if you’re very busy. But most of the time when I went is slow time. Yesterday (10/25/2023) I went again around 2.45 pm to scan my packages, when my turn come, she put out the sign “ next window” and start counting money, I think she did it on purpose (post office close at 5 pm) while few customers still waiting for service she want counting money. Today my husband went to scan it 5 packages, she complaining too much, If she don’t happy with a service job why don’t she just quit. Other employee are very helpful. Hope to see some improvement.

Horrible, lost my package that was mailed from this post office. Agent error and wouldn't admit to it. Agents on the phone just as horrible. So pissed right now

This is the worst place your package can windup being delivered to. The people employed at this location are wicked, lazy and very much unprofessional. I was supposed to receive my package today but didn't due to the fact that they stole it and then marked it as delivered three minutes before the expected delivery time. These individuals do not deserve the pay they are receiving from our hard earned money. The government needs to rid this location of ALL parasites involved in unethical practices. Due us all that favor so we can continue receiving our packages without inconveniences.

Trying to renew your passport has never been such a negative experience. You can't get through their phone system to make appointments. I attempted to walk in to drop off applications. Was told they won't allow walk ins anymore. It was 12:30 pm.

They are slow, they are disorganized, they are rude people with majority of the customers. They are aways speaking to each other and not working. This is my experience from more then 50 trips to the same location . They aways have a line out the door because they are slow and old.

Awful costumer service!! I had a passport appointment but I didn't bring the birth certificate. I was told to walk in the next day (friday)from 12 to 1pm to complete my application. At 12:00 I checked out my daughter from school and drove straight to this office. I arrived at 12:37pm. I got in line(a very long one)and at 1:07pm one of the employees asked me what I was there for. She said I was too late and that I should come back next week ,on tuesday. I replied I had arrived in the required timeframe and this old lady was super rude yelling me in front of everyone and saying "nobody saw you before". The very costumers talked in my favor, saying I'd been there for quite a while, but this rude employee still told me to go home 'cause the line was too long (How come that is my fault???) Then she took care of the afroamerican family behind me in line and as I heard they were returning after a week to finish a passport application, but this time they received a very friendly treatment. I refused to leave, after I had done everything right and they finally...FINALLY processed my passport request. What a disappointing experience! Discrimination is real!! But maybe from an african american to a latin person...not so much, right? Feels like white latin lives don't matter that much...after all.

Terrible combative service from H. PATTON took someone ahead of me when I was waiting in line gentleman came in and she took him(no problem if she just would've said oh give me one sec) as soon as I get to her she's telling me Rudely I have to pay for packaging blah blah blah no I don't I have a QR code. No need for arguing with customers, and keep talking just be a bigger person! ITS YOUR JOB TO BE NICE AND INFORMATIVE. Not laugh cause a lil white girl came in, then snicker and laugh as I walk out

The male clerk here was so rude to me for no reason , I told him that I want the cheapest price for my package but still he gave me high price just for shipping , I saw in the screen the cheapest price start from $28 but he choose the one start $98 , I was like ....How come this kind employee still hired in that post office ?No greeting, no smile just directly gave me attitude.He should be fired !!!

This department it’s just HORRIBLE. Was supposed to receive an important package today and got a notification stating that my job was “CLOSED” When it was OPEN. Just LAZY. RIDICULOUS.

HORRIBLE! It is the only post office where they refuse to give you a receipt, and I sponsor the USPS on a weekly basis. As a customer, you are entitled to a receipt. I am already doing the job for the clerks. My box is ready to go, I stand in line, what is it to them to scan the box and give me a recepit? They say I can track it when I get home. I know that. The only reason I require a receipt is because I've had issues the two times I just left the package, including one lost box. I go to other post offices and they have never had an issue with this. I don't even have to ask for a receipt. They understand that if I stand in line, it's because I need one. On top of this, they were not even pleasant about it. The send me from one clerk to the next. When I got to the second one she started ringing a school bell. In essence, dismissing me by telling me it was high management decision. I asked to speak with high management and was told that she was not there, naturally. Go to another post office if you want be treated respectfully and professionally.

The worst experiences with post offices have been at this location. The customer service is terrible, the agents do extremely what they want with a very bad attitude. On several occasions the drivers have left my packages at addresses other than mine, and I have called customer service and they supposedly open an investigation and NEVER GIVE A SOLUTION, I ALWAYS END UP LOSING MY PACKAGE AND THEY NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING IN THE ABSOLUTE. The staff that attends to the public in this location is EXTREMELY RUDE. One of them worst post offices
