This is LITERALLY THE WORST POST OFFICE IN NORTH MIAMI. Over 15 ppl in line with only one postal worker at the desk. So disappointed that I can't rate it as less than 1 star. Avoid this Location at all cost if you value your time and patience.

Wrong Mail frequently delivered to my address. Postal workers refused to pick mail up to redistribute to correct address. This happens several times a week.

Its as bad as most USPS locations ie long lines, depressed looking staff, 80% of boxes & shipping supply shelves empty, interior & exterior from 70's right down to moldy smell, dirty dilapidated unhygienic looking furnishings, handrail, floors, etc and ZERO AUTOMATION. Example, no kiosk or anywhere to scan QR code & quickly drop off prepaid package like at UPS, etc. The ONLY reason to come here is because you have no choice, like how (dumba$$) eBay sometimes only offers USPS as affordable shipping option.(I can't believe how poorly managed USPS is in 2024. Maybe better just to fully privatize US mail system & focus on just ensuring to no monopolization?)

It’s been almost 2 weeks since I was supposed to receive my package. It says delivered in mailbox but it wasn’t in there. I contacted them, they said it was scanned by mistake and it wasn’t delivered and it would be delivered in 2 days, 2 days went by and still no package. I called them again and I got another date and no package again. Save your money and time, go somewhere else because these people do not care, they probably lost or stole my package and kept giving me the runaround and telling me different dates over and over again.

This has to be the worst US post office. The postal carrier messes up the mail delivery which causes you to go into this branch. The line is usually to the door because only one clerk at the counter. Don’t bother trying to call, they will not answer. Total revamp needed here!

I think the post office purposefully hires 1 good worker for every 15 idiots. Only 1 good person at the counter, the others are just lazy people that failed at McDonald's. Just slow and no common sense

The employees of this usps location are so rude and completely unprofessional with horrible miserable attitude towards customers. Pls do not use this location if you are expecting quality and good service. Is unacceptable these type of employees working with people every day. This location should be close to train their staff properly.

Today they opened at 8:45! Very long line of irate customers waiting for more than 45 minutes! 45 minutes late on Monday morning? Unacceptable and an embarrassment for the community! They never answer the phone. Carrier unreliable. If there is anything on my street, such as minor flooding or road work, The whole block will not get any mail or deliveries, and all packages held and marked "no access". Pure laziness; they really don't care. Also the building is UGLY and looks in complete disrepair. Oh I forgot, NOBODY CARES!

This is very sad that the only post office that we have in one of the inner city community , is rated as one of the worst post office in the Miami area. This is a government building!!!! I don’t understand how’s maintenance not up to par for this building. They cannot get grass cut, and the property cleaned out .After the pandemic this building has became one of the worse public service building, both service and maintenance.

Years ago this post office was great!! The clerks greeted you when walked in, they were professional, courteous and quickly assisted customers.Present day, the building looks dreary from the outside to the inside.Today was my second day this week going to the post office; on Tuesday I walked to the door the line was literally in the lobby, there was one clerk that I could see. Today, Thursday I went back the line was at the door and there was one clerk (again) I got in line because I needed to take care of a time sensitive matter.After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked the young lady ahead of me how long she had been waiting, "30 minutes" she said in a low voice.After another 10 minutes, the clerk made an announcement that "she was sorry for the delay and she was doing her best to assist everyone".Everyone nodded, some people walked out. A few who just had questions asked her out loud, she went to the back to get a manager. Another 10 minutes and no manager came out. People chatted among themselves about how it seems the staff don't care if there was any staff to assist the one clerk. Another clerk came out, did something at the desk and went back behind the wall. Not acknowledging the other clerk or customers.Shorten this story, Manager finally came out, we told those who had questions stand in that line. Customers begin calling the managers/supervisors office number and were getting hung up.50 minutes I finally got to the clerk and was able to get my business completed. Thank her for doing a fantastic job, with professionalism and courtesy.This post office serves a large area in the Norland, Miami Gardens, North Miami area. Customer service has to be better, re-train, re-organize, restructure Or close the lobby down and be a annex (no customer service). Who is in charge? Can the Miami-Gardens Commissioners or Miami-Dade District 2 Commissioner step in to assist with this poor run post office?

Always either steals my packages or loses them , every time I've ordered something and it has went through this usps I have never once received it this location needs to be shut down
