The employees at this location are trash for the way they treat customers. For years this has been going on, and the corporate offices and higher ups dont care. I try to avoid this dump at all costs, but had to go here today again, and years later they are still trash. Maybe google can do something since corporate just brushes it away

USPS Is Absolutely Unreliable
I have never been more frustrated with a delivery service than I am with USPS. I had a package coming from just 10 miles away—ten!—and somehow it took 7 full days to arrive. That’s beyond unacceptable. It would’ve been faster to walk there and pick it up myself.
The tracking number was useless, constantly saying “in transit” with no real updates. Honestly, what’s the point of offering tracking if it never works?
To make matters worse, USPS keeps raising their prices, but the service keeps getting worse. If I’m paying more, I expect at least basic reliability.
Let’s talk about customer service—if you can even call it that. Every time I’ve gone to a USPS location, it’s the same story: long lines, no urgency, and employees sitting around like they’re allergic to standing. It’s clear that no one there is in a rush to help anyone.
I’ve officially had it with USPS. If I have a choice, I’ll go with literally any other carrier before I trust them again. Total disaster.
If I could give 0 zero star I would do it.

The worst post office I been to unprofessional, rude, only one employee or maybe two for the amount of people that are waiting on line. On top of it this employee are talking to each other while people are waiting.unbelievable

What a disapponting time we live in when the mail carrier steals from a neighborhood child and nothing is done about it. The children put their phones and a wallet on the floor in front of the mail box. The mail carrier got out of his vehicle after already putting our mail on the mail box, spent more than 5 minutes in the same spot, and is on video bending over to pick up the wallet. None of the phones were missing... only the wallet! His supervisor said nothing could be done and the Miami Dade police department didn't do anything about it.

I’m very disappointed with the service at USPS. The staff is unprofessional and treats customers poorly. Even with very few people in line, the wait time is over an hour just to send a package. The service is slow, disorganized, and disrespectful toward clients. It’s unacceptable.

As other ppl mentioned, wish I could give zero stars. I remember when it used to be a privilege to work at the post office. This place closes at 6, not 5:54 but were not servicing anyone although it wasn’t 6 yet. Must be nice to be so entitled and the government probably doesn’t care and with so many people who would do a better job and be grateful. This isn’t the first time either. Reminds me of immigration employees, nasty ppl. They forget we the customers pay for their services. Cry me a river when the government decides to shut the mail service down and then they will wonder but why? Don’t get me started on the mail service, just awful. Replace all these employees with those that really want and deserve a job! Another thing, the document trays are always empty even at 9 am because no one bother to refill them. So instead of completing the labels while you wait line, you have to request them when you finally reach the front only to be told to move over and let the next person pass. If the labels had been there like they’re supposed they would get completed while ppl wait with time to spare. So many things wrong with this location.

It is difficult to find 2 people more rude, uneducated and with so little desire to work! This Branch should vote out all the staff that mistreats the consumers that pay their salary! These ladies do not last a day in a company that respects the customers! Several times I drive several miles so I don't have to see them when I go to another post office.
