Dropped off over 200 packages earlier in the week. They NEVER scan them despite handing them directly to the manager. They don’t scan them at the distribution center and now I have to refund thousands of dollars and can’t file a claim because no one felt like doing their job. Sick and tired of this and this isn’t the first time. Aren’t you required by law to scan everything before it leaves your office? What if I need to intercept a package? It won’t even let me because no one feels like scanning the package until it is “Out for Delivery” and then I can’t intercept it!LEARN TO DO YOUR JOB PLEASE! You are hurting your community and local small businesses!

I was given the phone number for this office. It rings a while then hangs up. No one answers. Why have call hours if you never answer.There’s a problem with my package. They don’t deliver it, they keep marking it return to sender rather than consult the inquiry/I filed with the USPS to fix the issue.TLDR: there’s an issue. Rather than take a step to fix it, they ignore it and keep messing up.

The worst service I have received in almost 20 years, they do not serve the customer, only machines with monotonous answers, which do not serve the customer, who pays, it is definitely not what one expects from a public service that has invested so much money, I have already had 3 problems with this zip code and I would not like to depend on them again

My mailman changed recently and it’s been very frustrating. My mail now arrives at 8:30 pm or not at all. A lot of my packages now get marked as delivered and that it was picked up at the post office, but actually arrive the next day or in two days. This is terrible because the post office workers may believe I did receive my mail when in reality I did not. Please train your staff to be honest and trustworthy. If this keeps happening I’ll have to try to get UPS or another carrier to deliver my mail because this is unacceptable.

Every time I go to pick up my mail at the post office it is not ready The delivery date was the day before in the morning and it still has not been placed inside my post box this is not the first time I have this issue they never fix my problem. They always tell me to come back three hours later two hours later one hour later annd I get back and. Nothing has been done and they can’t resolve my problem especially when I pay for the service. The lady in the front is so rude they are so unprofessional

A package has been stolen from me, it was delivered to a stranger. Delivered on Thu, Apr 13.He was never my agent and I have not been able to locate him or recover the money. Thanks for doing a bad job.If someone can help me I appreciate it.570 usd lost.thank you

NICEST PEOPLE! They were so helpful when I was trying to pick up my package, they found it within minutes and I was able to pick up a day earlier than delivery date.

Lol have to laugh cause what else can I do. These workers hate their jobs. They don't know the meaning of customer service. Horrible attitude and lack of professionalism.

Horrible service. My packages keep being updated incorrectly in their tracking system and no one cares! Management hid my wife’s review. They are censoring customers.
