Very poor customer service. Package was never delivered to the address. Stood in the package line for 30 min to ask about the package, to then be told by Moss, USPS worker, that the "Lady is on vacation, you have to get in the other line for that." No sign was displayed to get in the general line. Please have better customer service and communicate with people, especially if lines are forming in an area where there is no help.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes I asked the lady to set my package to ship with tracking she continues to put the address with yhe suite number she tells me that address doesn't not allow for sweet numbers to be put in but im doing a return and it clearly has a suite number since it was sent from there they did nothing and sent me on my way .

Had an appointment scheduled. Passed 20 min from scheduled time and they said they are at lunch. Nobody answers questions and give explanations. Worst customer service ever, but usual for this company.

They are leaving packages and letters in the wrong mailboxes, please be more aware with people's correspondence, that is federal.

Packages say out for delivery, they don't get delivered 15 days late. Nobody can give you a straight answer as to why the Packages never arrive on time, in some cases they never arrive. I receive mail from my neighbors on a regular basis I'm sure my mail ends up at other houses too. USPS need to be shut down, make room for a more qualified company.

One person at the counter with a line of people out the door. Tried to use self service kiosk and it wasn't working. Had no choice but to wait in line. 1 hour just to send a letter overnight. I hope they go out of business. Any other carrier would be light years better.

This location needs a remodeling ASAP. When it rains outside, it rains inside. Lots of times, the A/C doesn't work properly. There are new residents on the area, and there is not enough parking space. The staff does what they can. Please make it bigger.

What a disgusting facility. Employees are rude and lack basic customer service skills. The condition of the public areas prove nobody takes pride in their work here. Dirty floors and counters, ceiling panels missing, water stains on ceiling, broken tiles.

I would like to recognize Chris at this location for his dedications on his passion and respect to help the customer whom had appointments today including my son who went their with appointment for 10:45am and Chris was at the counter helping the customers with appointments for passports. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable with knowing his job duties and insuring customer on his shift was able to get service with him before he left for his break, which he sacrifice his brake till everyone in line for appointment was taken care of. Chris was fast and polite with us and helpful in making sure we got our passport process done correctly. I am grateful for the service I and my son receive today from Chris Thank You!

This place is an absolute disgrace to the United States Postal Service.Every single time I order something I have to be worried if I’m gonna receive it or not. Constantly receiving the wrong peoples packages and missing packages that are supposed to be delivered to me and they are being delivered to other peoples houses. The problem is we have a different mailman every single day and there is no regular person that knows the houses,No wonder why this place doesn’t even have two star reviews addresses and names.

Dropped off a package into the dropbox and the shipping has not been updated. It's been three days. Does anyone actually work here? Do they receive the proper training? And lastly do they even know what they are doing? Not to mention the people of Miami are no better. The mailbox was jammed with packages that were stuffed and that clearly did not fit so in order for me to put my package in I had to move some around and take them out. I was tempted to leave the other packages outside on the sidewalk but I refrained. Enio Navarro was the name on a package that was clearly too big for the drop box. They still shoved it in and ruined it for everyone else after. Smh at the amount of third world citizens here in Miami. They need to leave their third world attitudes and mannerisms at the border. This is America treat others with respect or learn the hard way. The safety of Miami is only an illusion. Once they leave dade county the world is a lot more sophisticated.
