Very Disappointed with Service on August 2, 2025
Extremely rude USPS agent. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time (2:00 PM), with five people ahead of me. I waited patiently, but when it was finally my turn, she told me she couldn’t accept my international parcel (Japan) and that I had to go to another branch. No warning, no explanation—just flatly refused.
If she planned to stop accepting packages before closing, she should’ve announced it earlier so customers like me wouldn’t waste time in line. She was working alone that day, but that’s no excuse for the attitude or lack of communication.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable. USPS management should call this to her attention immediately.

Each time I went to this post office, they are not working , You can hear them inside joking and laughing and they put up a signal that the system is down

Just went there 5/8/24 @ 3:54pm. Website says it closes at 5pm. There was no one there and the gate was rolled down at the counter. So I couldn't mail anything I needed postage for. This is the 2nd time in a month this happens at this post office. Really disappointing. No sign stating why they closed early, nothing.

Very friendly and professional Post Office workers. They moved the line fairly quick so everybody can get In-N-Out as quickly as possible. I like coming to this one because you don't waste too much time waiting in line

I love this Postal service office. They're always courteous and helpful. It's never crowded n my packages make it to their destination in a timely manner. Keep up the great service you always provide.

This is the worst post office EVER, they are never open on time, one time I went there they didn't even have anybody scheduled to work, they had to call another store to get somebody to come in. It's pretty hit or miss if you will get service when you go to this location.
