Very friendly and professional Post Office workers. They moved the line fairly quick so everybody can get In-N-Out as quickly as possible. I like coming to this one because you don't waste too much time waiting in line

I love this Postal service office. They're always courteous and helpful. It's never crowded n my packages make it to their destination in a timely manner. Keep up the great service you always provide.

This is the worst post office EVER, they are never open on time, one time I went there they didn't even have anybody scheduled to work, they had to call another store to get somebody to come in. It's pretty hit or miss if you will get service when you go to this location.

Terrible customer service the lady was rude when I asked a question about my mail she gave an attitude when I asked politely. As a business owner I would not have employees being disrespectful in any kind of way.

I went inside this post office to drop off many invites which required stamps. I never leave important mail in my mailbox for the postman to take back because I don’t always trust my neighborhood and have had issues in the past. Taking my sending out mail to the post office makes me feel more confident that the mail will arrive to the correct destination. NOT ANYMORE. How is it possible that out of the 11 invites sent out 5 never made it to the correct mailing address?? I even used printed labels for the addresses because I don’t always have the best handwriting. I have also experienced missing mail of my own as well as a missing package recently. USPS needs to do better. Horrible service.

The supervisor didn't want me to drop off my prepaid packages because I do not live in the area. He said that I had to go to another post office or the one that belongs to my zip code. He also told me that he would accept my 6 flat envelop packages today but I should not come back to that post office again because he will not accept any more of my packages.

Everytime I go to this post office I'm in a rush and everytime I am delayed. Today I was once again in a rush I needed stamps that's all STAMPS! I stood and waited 35min for an employee named Marlene to call the customer in line behind me to to pay and ask 3-4 questions with options!! I am not a reviewer or a complainer but this was absurd!! You all need to know what the customers are dealing with at this location

It's a small post office but the staff is friendly and helpful. Don't mind the wait specially with the covid lines, it moves quickly.

I come to this location often the workers are always looking angry. If you ask a question in looks as if you're bothering the workers. I asked the black short petite woman with glasses if this is the place to drop off prepaid labels. I pointed to an overflow counter with boxes she ignored me. I walked closer perhaps she did not hear me. Now she's looking directly at my eyes a foot away. I ask again and she looked down at the boxes and continue to scanning. She did not open her mouth. Very rude. I understand it's a busy season. But they are always this way. Unfriendly!!!

I live in homestead but I make the drive to this post office because of the staff and there is never a long wait to be attended. Today, I had a lot to ship out and I was attended by Marlene. She was extremely helpful and patient. She even took the time to give me pointers on how to make my shipping easier and faster. She was absolutely sweet. Thank you Marlene for all your help today!!
