TANISHA! helped attended me at 9:00am post Christmas day. I returned at 5:40 pm to finally resolve my concern- “Almost lost mail” She manually looked for it at their back office and found it.

12/9/23 2:00pm I walked in and the short Hispanic guy kicked for coming in late. Stating they were already close which they still had people in and they close at 2:00pm so I was unable to ship off my package. He was so unprofessional and rude this the worst post office in Miami plz beware. I advise everyone to go UPS of shopping off packages.

Though historically I've had rough experiences here. EJ has completely changed my view. He helped me find a package that I have been trying to get forever and moved mountains to do it. Any company would be happy to have him.

If I could give them zero stars I would . I had an appointment today at 3pm to do my daughters passport . I was there 10min earlier as it says in the website I waited for about 15 min just for them to tell me that the person that was in charge of the passport left early and there was no one else to help us . They didn’t even call or send an email to let us know it was a big waste of my time and I felt so disrespected. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Delivered 2 out of 3 of my packages, claimed there was an "attempted delivery" when the clearly wasn't. Did not send re-delivery tracking, and claims no action is required.

Wonderful experience! The agent at the counter was incredibly friendly and efficient at sending out my package. Hopefully this is a more updated and accurate capture rather than the 1.8 stars that frightened me a little before going there.

Terrible !!!! I had numerous times carriers picking up my packages and not scanning it at all or late.Beware of this carriers are porch pirates, not all of them but some are.

As I entered into your establishment today as energetic , Happy , very cordial and polite. I proceeded to the front desk because I needed to mail a package. Two female workers were congregating happily as I approached them at the front desk and ask if I could borrow some tape to secure the package i needed to mail out and their demeanor change got very disrespectful for no apparent reason. They advised me to bring my own tape because thet dont have tape at this branch .After a long day of disappointments and let downs I wouldn't have expected my experience I received today at the united state postal service to treat me in that kind of behavior. I was torn inside. Hopefully, All Admin staff will get this review andReprimand those staff because type of customer service was unacceptable.Was

Arrived early for a passport appt, when I talked to the clerk at the counter they told me to stand at a corner and to be called on. After 15-20mins, another clerk at the same counter called me asking me what I was doing, I told them I was there for a passport appointment in which they then started helping me, at that same counter. All this time the post office was completely empty and the clerks were chatting away, and they thought I was "just chilling there."

Living in a rental community serviced by Snapper Creek Post Office. The entire rental community is up in arms with the atrocious package delivery service from this post office delivery personnel. No one can find their packages. It's either lost or placed in a different address and you always have to call in for someone to communicate woth the driver on where did they actuall deliver you package to. That is if you are lucky that someone at this post office actually picks up the phone. Many residents also complain about their packages not being delivered, yet are sent an email notification that a delivery attempt was made and a notice was put on their door, which has not been true. Upon further investigation, it has come to some of our attention that they do this if the package is somewhat heavy and the delivery personnel just doesn't want to at least make the effort in delivering it or asking for help to carry the package to the front door. So they simply put on record that they attempted to deliver and put a note on the front door, which has totally incorrect. Suggestion, employ more people or employ people who can do the job!!!!!!!!!
