Wow. I was going to say how horrible the service is in this place. This lady was completely awful. But then I looked at all of the. Reviews, and it says the same exact thing. Many reviews on how the service is here, and this young lady's attitude. If you don't like your job, then go somewhere else. But you don't have to treat people like that. We all go through things. I will definitely choose another location.

An absolute 10 out if 10 experience. I was assisted by Adrian with an issue related to a package that could not be delivered and was held at this post office. He was so pleasant and helpful I really appreciated everything he did to resolve my problem.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Went in today for a passport appointment, we were told to show up 10 minutes ahead of time and we showed up as told, we were told to wait at the passport window, we stood there for 20 minutes and we were completely ignored, ended up walking out. Incredibly rude. Government at its finest.

The service I experienced from the receptionist was abysmal, she was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Bitter and impatient people like her should not be working in public service.

Office disaster, they close when they get the chance
Win, only one employee each day and they close an hour and a half for Lunch for that only employee who is there, the Supervisor today, Saturday when I went, is not available for any customer, another person asked to speak to a supervisor and the answer was there is no supervisor , I spent more than half an hour waiting after a queue of more than 30 minutes for them to not give me any response about a package that was sent and that no one knows where it is
That office should be closed for
Service that is better if you are not there and inconsiderate employees go home
And ghost supervisors
