I came to this post office (14790 SW 88th St, Miami, FL 33196) to return a package that did not require a label or a box—but I had brought a USPS box just in case. The woman who attended me, DORA, didn’t even greet me. No “hello,” no “good afternoon,” just a nasty attitude from the moment I approached her. When I asked why I couldn’t use the USPS box I had, she responded in a very rude and aggressive tone, saying: “Ma’am, I already told you what I had to say.” Then, unbelievably, she ripped the label and continued making disrespectful comments to the customer behind me like I wasn’t even there. I have never in my life taken the time to write a review like this, but what I experienced today was so unacceptable that I felt obligated to warn others. DORA has zero customer service skills and clearly should not be working in any role that involves interacting with people. I will be calling USPS corporate to report this incident directly.

They have excellent service very hardworking people but always long lines.
The staff very helpful and working very professional
They need more workers.
Is you are in a long line call the manager. He is the only one can fix it. More worker is the solution

Is this place just close whenever they want? I went today at 5:15pm and it’s completely closed… so why you post your hours as 5:30pm totally lost of time! Also this is the WORST USPS probably in the whole country! Clerks are rude and useless, place is ALWAYS packed. USPS should do better and check it out. Either you have a prepaid label, or DON’T EVEN BOTHER coming here

If there is a way to give 0 stars without using words then I would. As a local guide I cannot and will not miss the opportunity to let YOU know that THIS PLACE is the WORSE OF THE WORSE.
The employees of this not so fine establishment do not uphold the standards of the UNITED STATE POSTAL SERVICES and to be completely honest it would be highly recommended to just CLOSE the location to avoid further embarrassment!

I will make my review short and sweet. I went into this location late Tuesday afternoon to use the kiosk to mail my IRS return certified. I went to the clerk to see if they would take care of it just minutes past 5:30. Instead of helping me, a blonde woman with glasses said to me too bad. But the older gentleman helped me and I thanked him. As a former cashier and customer service rep, I never said to a customer too bad tough bananas, sucks to be you, etc. These people need to understand two things. First customers are the number one asset of any business and second, no matter what time the business closes, no one gets out at that time. It's no wonder businesses are failing. Poor service, bad management and greedy CEOs are making doing business bad for everyone.

USPS, do better! 2 clerks and at times only 1 clerk handling a very very busy lobby. There should be one clerk roaming the lobby floor assisting customers in line who could possibly use the KIOSK and alleviate the long lines that plague this store. Customer service here isn't the best either.

I never complain about employees of places. I’m a really nice and understanding person and I understand that people deal with a lot of stress in a job like this so they may not always have a pleasant demeanor. But the way I was spoken to by the blonde woman with glasses who works in the front when I came in today (Wednesday morning) was really unnecessary. My package has been stuck looping. I took time off work to come here like the person on the phone told me and was basically refused help after waiting in line because the gentleman told me to speak to her, and she told me that he could do it and refused to help me. I usually don’t get bothered when people are having a bad day or are generally not nice, but she was very harsh.
