It is the worst and lousiest service, the loss of packages and envelopes are inexplicable, the service is terrible, they are trained to be rude and ignore those who complain about the bad service. An important case was lost and they DID NOTHING TO SPEE UP THE SHIPPING EVEN THOUGH AN EXPRESS WAS PAID FOR 1 day and it arrived 20 days later. Irresponsible!

USPS has the worst customer service, but this location is the worst. this is the Post Office location closest to my home, so they are the one who deliver the packages to my apartment. Most of my packages that are delivered by them get lost, and on top of that the mailman always lie by saying he leave the packages in the mailbox, but he always lie, I don't know what in the world he does with my packages, but most of my packages are getting lost and nobody is taking responsibility on that, when you call or put a claim on the missing package, it's a waste of time because they always stand for the mailman even though the mailman is lying, the USPS is like a third world country post office. it's a shame I have to pay more money so my packages are delivered by UPS or FEDEX, just because USPS cannot do their job, which is to deliver a package. Also, when you go to that location in person, you get the worst customer service you can get. So, for my personal health I try to avoid using USPS service every time I can, even though I have to pay more money to use another carrier service.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. Consistency is key and they consistently have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen anywhere.

I went 8:20 still not open and 15 people waiting in line, no employees there, only 1 one lady with uniform on the phone but walked outside and disappeared. They were supposed to be open at 8am. Nobody cares, never seen such a mess

The usps really sucks. Sent my packages to the wrong address. Now it's up to me to find them. They don't answer the phone. Just sorry and don't deserve a half of a star.

Got to be the worst usps I ever been to I pray no one package get sent to this location they will take forever and I mean forever to deliver your package rude workers always have an attitude always on the phone like why are you on the phone while working goes to show you they hire anybody I ordered a package about a week ago it was supposed to get delivered to my house but some reason it went to they’re parcel locker located in 33101 instead of my house I went today to try to see if they have it she didn’t give me no response she just said right ur name on a piece of paper and the tracking number she acted like she was calling the “driver” which she never did now I am stuck wondering where is my package worst customer service and location they need to fire the whole crew and hire new people

Worst Post Office I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Lazy, entitled workers who don’t seem to actually want to work. They do not care about your time frames or packages and they will absolutely lie to your face to try to get you to leave.

I really respect the USPS for all the work they do in tackling the logistical challenges of mail delivery. I try to be kind and courteous to anyone in the customer service industry as I know it can be a demanding job. That's why it really upsets me when even basic questions like "can I please get a receipt?" Are met from the workers with hostility.The workers I've delt with at this location have no sense of professionlism and are quite rude for no reason. I get that it can be a hard job, but that doesn't mean you get to take it out on customers for no reason

This place is just the worst always full and just 1 person at the front desk that takes 30 minutes per package, been here 2 times already and still can’t get my package, they say internet is down and can’t find the package

WORST customer service EVER. Employees have an attitude and act like they’re doing us a favor. Been in line for 1 HOUR!!!I don’t even know why my package got redirected here! Waste of my time!
