I have come to this branch twice in the last 2 months at around 10:30am and twice there has been a sign on the door that they are on break and will return after 11am. This is not professional.

I’ll preface this by saying I was a little nervous about coming to this location after reading the reviews. However, I needed to mail a pkg. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two employees with big smiles. They were both so kind and helpful. We laughed and talked and it felt like being in my post office in my home town in NY where I know everyone. Seriously, I think people don’t often take the time to write the good review or to praise the ones who genuinely go above and beyond with customer service. These two need to know what a positive difference they’re making! It means so much, thank you!

There is an agent, that is sge doesn't like you she refuses to take care of you. The manager does nothing to correct this as they are friends. Several times lve had to wait 50 qnd 60 minutes for another agent to come back from lunch brake. I have complaint many times to the regional office and it has. Even swept under the rug. It's not right and it shouldn't be happening, l have been a customer if that office and have a PO BIX there, for 30 years. GOD forgive them

The woman that helped us was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. She even made a ton of effort to understand and speak with another gentleman who didn't speak English. Quick and easy and pleasant experience.

This woman (name tag reads “Emilean”) was soooo rude and condescending to almost every customer who came in. Talking to people like they were stupid, impatiently cutting people off (even people who spoke broken English). Every customer was apologetic and cowardly because she seemed so inconvenienced by every single one of us. Absolutely no reason to act that way.
Her coworker (whose name I do not know) was soooo kind! She even gave a coloring book to a little girl who came in. Even more reason why I don’t understand why Emilean felt a need to be so rude. It really feels like some kind of power play. She hardly belongs in customer service or as a representative of the United States Postal Service.

Despite being the only employee with a lot of customers, the lady in charge was in good mood, smiling, giving tips to save money, so great job! On the other hand People should not be allowed to complete tasks at the counter holding the line.. cannot be done aside?

Terrible customer service. I brought an item I need to send back as a return. I didn’t close it because last I checked — shouldn’t a mail place have packing tape and supplies? The lady at the counter talked down to me for bringing it open. It’s simple to do your job, or point me in the right direction if taping an item is such an inconvenience.
