This is probably the 4th time a package from this location gets “lost” and all the employees say just get a refund from the company or they will reissue it. At this point they are either just simply stealing the packages OR just not doing their job in delivering them. Or both. If I could give it zero stars I would.. 4th time my package says “delivered” I get home check the mail and surprise it’s not delivered… and it says “package was picked up from facility” why tf would I pick it up at the facility if it was suppose to be delivered? They don’t know what they are doing ever… I wish there was a petition to just shut down usps and forever use FedEx or something anything BUT this.

i checked the reviews before coming to see if i would be assisted properly and kindly.. the reviews are terrible and i feel for the people who had bad experiences. i’m very empathetic, however, i came @ 9:20 AM all staff were hands on. not one station left unattended, very helpful, line moved very quickly. i think if you come early and have a positive attitude and speak the language you won’t have any trouble. at the end of the day, this is AMERICA and the primary language is ENGLISH, if you don’t speak english use a translator. the lady who assisted me was polite, kind, and helpful. thank you. i hope each and every employee that was here Thur, 02/08 have an amazing day.

This is our neighborhood post office yet I prefer to go to another a little farther away. I was not surprised of the recent incident on ch 10 news, showing a man who was asking for a supervisor in order to help and elderly spanish speaking woman who was ignored, disrespected and unattended by the employee. The postal worker physically attacked the man for no reason and tried to destroy his phone. Definitely need to teach their employees on how to treat people courteously and professionalism, or else don't employ them.

If I could give a zero star to this establishment I would. As someone mentioned before someone should really run an investigation on this property. The amount of disrespect, and overall unprofessionalism is mind blowing. We came in to apply for our babies passport, before arriving we made sure to check the website to ensure that they accepted walk-ins, which they did, and just to be extra sure we called and their automated service likewise confirmed that they accepted walk-ins. When we came in we spoke to a lady at the counter, said good morning and informed her of our intentions and she brusquely just said “no”, not conversationally either, I mean the only word she uttered to us was “no”. I explained to her that the website mentioned that they did and that we called ahead to make sure they did and at this point she interrupted me the tell me “you didn’t call here”. I informed I’m sorry but I’m 100% sure I did, at which point she turns around and just says “oh no this ain’t my problem this a supervisor thing” and turns around and goes to the back. We hear her yell to someone, “you gonna take a walk in?” At which point you here another voice tell her, “how are you going to speak to a grownass woman like that?” I guess this was the wrong thing to say because she exploded in rage (not that she was in any sort of good mood or attitude before) and she turns to the gentleman and yells at him “was I speaking to you?” And then they all start to argue loudly with this woman only yelling “I was not talking to you, stay out our conversation” etc, this went on for about 5mins before she storms out from the back and starts yelling at the agents working the registers (mind you all of them were attending customers) and start yelling “can you believe the nerve of this man, I go back there to talk to her and he putting himself in our business” two agents stopped what they were doing with the guest they had in front of them to continue to now gossip and start bad mouthing whomever was in the back. All of the customers were all just looking at each other in disbelief that this was actually happening. My husband and I at this point realized that there would be no form of a decent conversation or help here and decided to just leave and go find elsewhere (which by the way the post office in south beach was just wonderful). It seemed like something out of a bad reality tv show. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady that was causing this enormous scene and display of unprofessionalism but she was of slim build and had long braids that went down her back. Not for nothing but this person has no business whatsoever holding a position where she interacts with people and certainly a position in an establishment that represents the federal government. She was intimidating her peers, her management and her customers, creating an extremely toxic environment and she simply did not care. Quite honestly given the reaction of the other agents, you could tell this was not the first time this happened and this was just business as usual. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else but here.

The worst post office ever and customer service is very bad Horrible, my mom went a few months ago with an appointment to get her passport done and they made fun of her because she didn't speak English well. In the end she missed her appointment

I had a package and the delivery man scanned it as no address. When going to the post office they told me my address is correct and they don’t understand why it wasnt delicered. I called multiple times and no response. Jose was the driver. Horrible service. My daughters medicine was in there to keep her alive. No we both have to suffer.

Brought my newborn for passport services and had an immaculate experience. Mona Lisa was incredibly helpful and friendly and even gave guidance on the photo. Whole process took 10 minutes. Would absolutely recommend!

This location is horribe. The majority in the community are predominately latino in the area and this location has no spanish speakers, I have seen how they rudely discriminate against latinos. the customer service is very poor and many have a bad attitude for absolutely no reason. i even saw recently there were in the news because an employee assaulted a customer. last week i when to take a package and the woman didnt even bother to look at me when i was asking her a question she seemed annoyed so i decided to walk off as this has happened multiple times.

Today, 12/18/2023, I went to this office and the truth is I must say that the care, attention and, above all, patience of the employees is incredible and admirable. There was a situation with a Mr. who had a lady who only spoke English and he arrived and handed a package fluttering with his hand and believe me there is no guessing person who understands what the Mr. wanted, the young woman asked him in English if he wanted to return the package and he was cold since he did not understand anything, those present helped him, immediately he showed his phone to the young woman where everything was in SPANISH and the poor thing said that she couldn't, when I approached to help him he was showing the girl the Temu application and clearly Mr. had not even finished following the steps to generate the sheet with the return QR. Conclusion: People are not fortune tellers, use your cell phone to search for the basic word(s) of what you want to do in English and don't waste anyone's time. Thanks to the staff for being patient and professional at all times

Because of the recent news of discrimination. All I have left to say is that damn it is disgusting, I don't know what she discriminates if it is the worst trash that could have been seen.

Today I was in the office and the treatment was one of the best. I recognize that the employees do not speak Spanish and that delays the line by 20 minutes. An employee who speaks Spanish arrived, almost the entire line was waiting for that employee for his attention. Those of us who understand English also help in line but we are not employees of that office although it is in a neighborhood where 99% are Latino. But gentlemen, you must do everything possible to learn English. No, we can accommodate ourselves to being served only in Spanish. Remember that we are in the United States and we must adapt to the country, not the country to us.It's just my observation that we have to do our part since many customers in line commented with attitude and demanding Spanish-speaking employees. It's just my opinion. Thank you very much.
