It's such a pleasure going to our local post office here in coconut grove. Tyrikka took care of me. She was professional, pleasant and aims to please the customer. We will always be your patrons.

This is the worst usps. Wait times ate up to 1 hour or more regardless of time due to inadequate staffing. The staff is unhappy, entitled, poor communication, and could less about doing their job. Good example of government run operation that is inefficient with a poor citizen and employee experience

Tyrika that works there is extremely personable and is very efficient. Everyone at every post office should have her customer service work ethic. She handles everything in a very professional manner is incredibly helpful. Post office workers all over Miami should be trained by her ! Kudos to Tyrika’

So disappointed I ran into this postal lady that delivers to my house all the time for a long time my son is 14 now he stick his head out the window and told her to drive safe. How are you doing? She didn’t even look back or answer him I feel bad because if she knew he had autism just some really nasty people just very disappointed post of Service. I don’t wanna say who it is or the name but it’s one of the ladies just a sad day. This is the kind of people that represent Miami. I guess that’s how horrible this place has become because of people like her and I’m not a hypocrite. I’m a good person that smile with her and tell her that she’s doing a great job you know who that is but I’m not one of them. She treats people very bad, horrible lady.

I sent 2 certified letters at this post office on Monday, June 3. I tracked the letters today, and the USPS website says the letters were “accepted” at this office, but apparently, they were not sent or received even at the postal services offices in Naples or Jacksonville, respectively. The letters contained my payments to Citizens and FL Family insurance, and they are now lost. Never again!! The staff was not helpful, giving me the run-around and the 800 number to call. Not helpful! Now I have to cancel checks for a fee, and I am also out the $5+ to send each letter certified. I may now have to spend even more $$ to send overnight or lose my insurance. Not acceptable!!
