This Valentino location is absolutely breathtaking. The layout of the store is easy to navigate from shoes, bags, glasses to couture upstairs. What keeps me coming back is shopping with Leonardo. He is patient, energetic and efficient.

Bought a perfume bottle here and they attended me with efficiency and respect. One of the female associate there was very nice and made me feel very welcome. I recommend this specific Valentino boutique because of its amazing diversity of sales people and amazing management!

If I could give a negative rating I would totally give it. Had the most unpleasant experience at my favorite brand of all time. Just for the record I love the brand and have bought shoes, bags, accessories, clothing for the past decade. I bought 2 shoes online from Valentino and the shoes arrived on Thurs, Dec 15th and today is Sunday, Dec 18th. The shoes that I received is 1/2 an inch bigger, I see the return & exchange policy and go to the closest store in Design district within 20days and I do that. I was greeted by a lady at the store who says she has the shoes and my size but she doesn't want to do the exchange cos online is different from the store, and I cannot return goods purchased online in store. I show her the policy which is in their return & exchanges policy. She completely ignores it and says she will not do the exchange, I'm appalled, it's 30mins past the time I entered the store, she says she cannot do it, she asks for my order number, I give her the order number, she asks for an invoice, I show it to her on my phone, the order confirmation. The order confirmation has all the details, order number, what items were bought, date it was bought, color, size, SKU number, price, everything. She looks at it and says "oh I need the physical invoice, online no bueno". I say they didn't send me any invoice/invoices and excuse me, what do you mean by online order confirmation is no bueno? Anyway I say listen your policy says this (attached) you need to adhere to it, she calls her boss "Leo" Leandro Barretto. Leo shows up, starts saying "their online system and our in store system is not the same, cannot do exchange or return" I say what do you mean their and our, to me I paid my money to "The Valentino" online or in-store I don't care. It's one store and one brand for me. It's 40mins past and Leo keeps ignoring the company policy that states I can exchange at the nearest boutique store and he is plenty rude btw. Says things like "oh you bought it on sale, not eligible for exchange when in reality the online system says I can exchange and return, oh it's expired already, need a physical invoice, online confirmation is not good". Some random stuff that that doesn't make sense to any logical person. My partner who has been patiently sitting for 40mins, says "hey man, this is so messed up. She has been politely asking for a size exchange cos the shoe she received is big for her and you are just giving her a bunch of random excuses. This is so messed up for a brand like Valentino and at this point Leo is blatantly rude to me" Leo goes to my partner and asks us to leave the store!!?? What the hell? I paid the money to buy goods from your store and I have the tags on, it's unused, 2nd day after I received it, have the invoice on my phone which clearly states all the details of the purchase and all I'm asking for is a smaller size and you don't even have the decency to help or provide good customer service? I'm beyond disappointed and NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM VALENTINO EVER AGAIN cos of this incident. If I were the owner of this store, I'd fire him! This is just a fail at customer service. Not only was he rude, didn't help, the staff in this store can't speak English properly, untrained, DID NOT ADHERE TO COMPANY POLICY and had the nerve to ask us to leave when we were polite and you were RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL???

Returned Shoes for repair last November. When they shipped them back to my house UPS apparelty lost the package. They said they would investigate but went totally silent. Also Valentino Customer Care is unresponsive for 3 months now despite several requests from our side. So far the worst customer service expirience with any so called luxury brand.

Horrible costumer’s service !!!! I when today to buy a pair of black boots and the lady treat me livery bad . She was asking me for my personal life I never answer anything and also she didn’t give me a recibe I spend $1.209 there today .

I came in during the afternoon and the Sales associate was so kind! I walked around and ended up wanting to see the new collection heels, the sales assistant went above and beyond to find the shoe in a local store on the east coast where I can try it on. Great experience

I went there to check out their stuff and when I liked a belt and wanted to buy it from Nordstrom and said so to the sales agent because I get points, credit and flexible return policy if it doesn’t work for me the sales agent became very rude and cold. Instead of helping me with the items and being a brand ambassador her attitude changed so starkly that it turned me off a lot. Each employee working got a luxury brand represents that brand and needs to understand that regardless of where a client buys the product for the client it doesn’t matter. We went to so many other Desiger stores and if they didn’t have have something they could encourage us to buy it online even though it would not help them with commision. One of the best customer service we got was at Dior. This was the absolute worst. Don’t bother with this place. They don’t value good customer service. I guess they are only working on commission which is fine but this kind of attitude will only tarnish the brand image and in the log run negatively impact sales. I just noticed they have terrible recent reviews as well so I am not the only one. That’s just slam dunk marketing logic. DONT GIVE THRM YOUR BUSINESS. Buy online!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m a local. I am in design district often. I went in with a specific pair in mind. I was greeted nicely. Then I was told I needed a mask (I was the only one in the store). I did not have one. One was essentially thrown at me. I proceeded to ask for the shoes I wanted in my size. I was brought the shoes, I tried them on. They felt really tight. Mind you, I was wearing my own Valentino’s to the store. I know my size. When I asked her what size they were she then said “ oh a size smaller. I don’t have your size”. If I hadn’t asked she wouldn’t have told me. On top of being rude to me, she attempted to pull a fast one. Don’t go here.

I went to Valentino to get a pair of shoes and they did not have my size. I was traveling 2 days later and went specifically to this store because I wanted to take this specific pair of shoes to my trip. I was guaranteed that I was going to have the shoe next day in my house. Next days comes and I received the wrong size in my house, which was awfully disappointing. When I texted the girl to say that it was the wrong size she said she was going to check with the Palm Beach store. 3 hours later I had to follow-up as I never heard back. Long story short, I never got to bring the shoe to my trip. Once I got back from my trip I went to the store and I can't explain how bad the service was. No apologies, no acknowledgment of the mistake and the person basically handed me a bag and did not even ask me if I wanted to try the shoe to make sure it was the right size. Service was horrible. For the level of this store, the service falls way short. I would say terrible service. It really doesn't make me want to go back ever again.
