Be careful when filling up at this gas station as it can cost you thousands of dollars in damage. On June 15th, 2024, I filled up gas on my 2023 Dodge Challenger (approximately 2820 miles at the time of incident) at this particular Valero gas station using the recommended fuel as recommended per my cars owner manual. I fill up a full tank of gas when the tank was almost empty. I never put any other gas for at least a week prior nor any fuel from anywhere else following the fuel I put from this station. Approximately 2 minutes / 1-2 miles down the road from the gas station my car begins shaking really bad and shuts off. The car is unable to be restarted without shaking and shutting down immediately. I take a short video on my phone describing the problems that I’m experiencing because it’s very likely due to the fuel I just put into my vehicle (fairly new vehicle, no prior defects, just put gas and immediately after experience major issues - I mean even Ray Charles could see the correlation there). Anyway, I get the vehicle towed to the dealer (without telling them what the issue could be when I brought the vehicle in) and they ended up coming back and said it was due to contaminated fuel and had to replace the fuel pump, fuel lines, etc. I contact Valero’s corporate office figuring that they will handle the claim and they pawn me off to a company, MacMillan oil, who supplies or delivers fuel to this particular station. Valero claims that they’re the responsible party so I decide to call them. I speak to someone by the name of Armando Pita, from MacMillan Oil, who denies that it was their fuel and refused to provide their insurance information. I’ve attempted to contact this particular gas station via phone several times but nobody ever answered. The damage to my vehicle was just over $4300 and it looks like I’m going to end up eating the cost. What a surprise - the little guy always gets screwed. I’ve reached out to several attorney’s so we’ll see what happens but so far none have gotten back to me. In the unlikely event that whoever reads this is an attorney and you deal with these things, please feel free to reach out to me. While I’m (likely) going to end up eating the cost for something that is not my fault, the least I can do is to try to warn everyone else of filling up gas at this particular station. While issues like this may be rare, I’m personally not going to ever fill up from this station again (nor have I since) and would recommend that nobody else does (I mean it’s not worth it from my perspective, but you do you). The entire situation has been a nightmare and the different corporate scumbags that I got passed through just want to play the blame game and deny any wrongdoing has been exhausting. It cost me over $4300, don’t let it cost YOU!

This has station has a smoke shop, clothing store and a market all inside. The clothes are high grade material and have a lot of name brands. All the clothes are extremely well made. Worth looking at if you happened to stop at this station.
