Store does not open on time. Seems this is a regular issue. Waited outside the door in the heat with other customers. No one ever showed and we all gave up waiting.

This store has poor customer service, we arrived at 6:30 a.m. and we were not happy to attend, according to it, it is a telephonic store and it does not have a zin card, who can believe that, in short, it does not deserve a star if it were possible

Was the worst Verizon store I've ever been to and all I needed was a phone. Been in same exact situations before in the past in Coral Gables and Miami Beach and they helped me on the spot. The sales associate seemed annoyed that I came in with a promotion from Verizon. What's even more sad is they had ZERO customers in their store. Chances are I would have bought from their store but they lost a customer. Avoid this store and go to the one in Coral Gables. Much more professional

I went today in the morning 10 am and the lady didn’t open the store even though she saw standing outside until 10:05am. Okay, fine. But then as I go in, I told her I am here to purchase a phone and she rudely asks me if I ordered it online. I tell her no, and she leaves and starts talking on the phone. She was SO rude, did not help at ALL and had such an attitude. I just transferred to Verizon and from T-Mobile and never faced such unprofessional service.

Neat & Clean place to visit, however there's NO up to date phone's. There was nothing there worth discussion.Went in to look at Samsung S21 5G & Samsung Galaxy Z flip3 5G. Left very disappointed. Young man answering my ???? was very pleasant to talk to.
