Waited almost 2 hours to just talk to a staff member. Had many people walk in the store after me and be taken before me. There is no sense of trying to work fast and effectively. To get anything done here is super slow and unreliable. Would not recommend this Verizon location.

I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store in Midtown Miami thanks to Jose Marcos. My SIM card stopped working and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He not only fixed the issue right away but also took the time to explain all my options, offered me great solutions, and helped me set up new service. I really appreciated his kindness, knowledge, and the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Thank you, Jose Marcos, for such outstanding customer service!
