Highly recommend Natalia,
She helped me resolve an issue i've had with the billing department since April. She really cares about her customers and helped me until my issue was resolved which took several days. She followed up with me frequently and worked diligently to make sure Verizon's billing department fixed the issue on our corporate account.

There is no parking lot where you park and if you have to pay for it and if you don't pay it you get a ticket at your house you get a ticket without putting a ticket in the car

I have tried multiple ways of reaching out, as I am out of the country and not coming back. I ordered something which arrived very late, I am already out of the country. I paid in store. The package has been sent back. I am unable to call as I am not in the US anymore. I need assistance for my refund but no one can help me. I have tried reaching out online but it’s all chatbots and not one human interaction. Please provide me with a personal email for this store so someone can help me with my refund.
