100/10 Pedro was very patient and helpful. I didn’t have a phone and he did me the huge favor of contacting customer service to get to the bottom of a (technical) issue with my order. I continued with the process of opening a line with Verizon solely based on Pedro’s positive attitude and the fact he went above and beyond to help me.

Well let’s start with pick up super ok but led to phone didn’t work but came next day and manger junior helped I not happy with trade in amount and have to wait but I am ok with services will o cost yes will recommend yes the staff was friendly and helpful

Bunch of hustlers!!, they sell you and add things on with explaining and then refuse to help fix it themselves and send you to other locations. They also steal online sales for themselves while you wait for no reason on your “pickup” super shady never go here!

I truly love the service that I received from the store manager and Teila. They helped me setting up my new phone and created a new apple account for me, made sure all my contacts and pictures. I highly recommend this store for their customer service

I notice that they charge a hundred dollars more per phone than their retail price in a regular Apple Store or Best Buy I wanted to buy iPhone 14 but they were telling me that the phone wouldn’t be free and I asked why cause on the Verizon web it says free and they told me that would be an online offer and I told them another store offered me that promotion and they said that the promotion is not valid anymore that it would cost 3 dollars a month I continue to go with a transaction and then they told me after the order was done. They did not ask me to sign the Tablet but they told me my taxes and fees we’re gonna be $70 for the phone taxes and a $40 set up charge that I did not want to agree with because I know how to set up my phone. After telling them over and over again, I do not want this order anymore because they wanted to charge me an extra $40. They did not know how to cancel my order nor take out the $40 set up fee so then I asked him to call the manager, they were Maneger was not able to help nor district manager was able to do anything of assistance. She just told him to call some home office number because she didn’t want to waive the fee the rep did not inform me that this store is privately owned as 3rd party retailer or as Russell cellular this store and how it is ran is one of the worst experiences a customer can have I do not recommend to go to any retailer owned store cause they charge what they want and not honor any promotions that a real Verizon store can do there is a store in coral gables and coconut grove that are real Verizon stores 5-10 mins away way more than worth it

One of the worst stores there is this place charged me a 40$ setupforsuccess for each phone that I bought that I was not told about either they charge you a hundred dollars more per each device this is not even a real Verizon store this is an authorized retailer which means they are just a third party and can’t give the real promotions that Verizon offers everyone should be better off going to the real Verizon store on Ponce de Leon Blvd which is only 3 mins away

The supposed manager is rude, they charge you a fee of 40 USD for each phone for being a franchise and they tell you at the last moment that the phones are already active, they sell you 35 USD for each iPhone charger, they are the craziest.
But they should get rid of that woman manager, she is totally rude.

But I have one more comment of -1
When I went again to claim my receipts by right, there was the one who claims to be a manager and she still treated me badly, I had verizon custumer services online where they heard what a bad class her employee is and I had to record it to the point where she said that she I was suffering from something and if I got it wrong I wouldn't be responsible for whatever happened, he threatened me, I heard that from Verizon customer service.
She didn't want to give me my receipts and called the police because I was recording her, which is my right.
In the end he gave me the receipts incomplete.
And to my surprise, in one of them, Mr. Pedro offered me some cheap iPhone charger boxes, he told me they were worth 10 USD and the receipt says 34.99 each and there were 3.
Total 104.97 three boxes to connect to the wall????? For that grace I would have bought legitimate iPhone cases.
Ojooooo, I don't know that your employee told you that they sold some expensive ones and he gave me some cheap ones.
I already communicated this to Verizon although there was no need because it was very clear to them listening to the attention given by their employee who placed an entry restriction on me that apparently is unnecessary because I will never set foot in that place in my life.
I ask you to be more on top of your premises, it seems that your store, its employees treat customers as they please and I hope you don't discover that they are scamming customers.
Incredible 104.97 3 boxes of chargers that are not even original
I just saw the iPhone 15 box $19.00 usd in the iPhone store.
I mean, with the receipt I have, you scammed me????

Very bad, it's a franchise, they don't let you make returns to the store. I recommend physical Verizon stores. If you want a bad experience go there. My son bought an Apple watch and paid more than the original price of $169.05. They should close them.
