had me on the phone on hold for about half an hour they did even answer and tell me they were putting me on hold they just automatically put me on hold which i think is very rude and i really need my medications horrible costumer service

They don't inspire confidence in me. I asked my dermatologist for a prescription and they gave me a price. I said it was expensive and they said my plan covered the cream. I didn't want it and went somewhere else. Since it took a long time to arrive, I called them again and ordered it. The cream arrived. I had to call for a week complaining that I wanted the gel. They sent me whatever they wanted without my permission. "You signed it." Of course I signed it. I called, talked to the company and told them exactly what I wanted. In the end, they said that what they said my plan covered, they said it didn't and the gel cost $600. I didn't like their attitude. They were disorganized, gave contradictory information and were not honest with me from the beginning.

I have been getting my prescription from this pharmacy for a while now + have never had a problem with a delivery driver until today.
She was very rude + only spoke Spanish. My spanish isn’t perfect but I can talk. She hung up on me + didn’t even let me explain/ provide the little few steps to leave the box in the mailroom. She said she had left + that my delivery will be rescheduled. Thankfully i’m not in an urgency need of it but wow why is this lady hired to do this when it’s not my fault ? She even threatened to show the texts to the pharmacy + she texted me in English so I responded in English so don’t start with telling me you only speak spanish ! how rude

Poor customer service. There is a lack of attentiveness to phone calls, and when calls are answered, customers are often placed on hold without explanation. Furthermore, when customers finally reach a representative after a lengthy wait, they are treated as an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

I love this pharmacy I being getting my medications with them for quite some time now. Melania helped me last time I called great customer service they make u laugh they help you with everything you need and more . They make sure you have all your medications on time , excellent customer service. They are great. The owner sure knows how to run a family business that cares about their customers.

I am 28 weeks pregnant and in need of rhogam. I went to CVS, Walgreens, specialty pharmacies, and compound pharmacies and no one had Rhogam due to it being on backorder. One of my friends
recommended that I try Village Pharmacy and within 1 phone call and 1 hour later, I had my prescription. They were beyond professional and kind. I will go back if I ever need anything again!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Ordered a prescription from here and by the time I got to the bottom of the solution, I noticed a black spec/bug/contaminant at the very bottom. They refused to replace it because it was outside of some arbitrary 30 day window despite me not reasonably being able to finish the medicine at that time. I now have to throw out the rest of the prescription due to their negligence and demanding I pay for another one to correct their mistake.
