I have two pairs of glasses, both of which I recently got new lenses from this store. Unfortunately, both pairs were damaged to some extent. One pair had its paint peeled off, while the other pair’s legs were completely loose and couldn’t get tightened up. Despite my concerns, they claimed that it wasn’t their responsibility because I had signed a waiver. To make matters worse, the female staff member who assisted me was rude and arrogant and gave me attitude, completely unacceptable, and I will never return to this store again. I had a terrible experience!

My experience with Luis at the vision unlimited on biscayne blvd was great to say the least. His service was excellent !! very kind and approachable environment :)

My sister came here yesterday because she had a problem with her vision and me and the rest of my family would like to thank Dr.Adriana Carcamo ! The service was exceptional and not only did she provide my sister with the answers that she had been looking for ,she also did a follow up Call to make sure my sister was properly treated. The compassion and empathy from this doctor is amazing and it really shows that she is willing to help her patience even the new ones with anything that they need. You can tell when a doctor really loves what they do because the compassion that she showed was amazing. We as a family are truly grateful for you!

In true Miami fashion, this facility calls me an hour before my appointment to ask for insurance and then to push my appointment back 45 minutes. I haven’t even stepped into the building to start my check in and am already extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism the ODs hold them self to. A joke.

Dr. Adriana R. Carcamo saved my life and vision. I had a severe chemical burn in both of my eyes and was fearing the worst - losing my vision. Her calm and confident demeanor throughout the process helped ease my anxiety and allowed me to start thinking positively about the possibility of regaining my sight. After my initial visit with her, I experienced significant improvements, and with each subsequent visit, she provided exceptional care to ensure my eyes would fully recover. I am forever grateful to her for saving my life.

I've never had such a terrible expirance in a medical setting. You will get better customer service at McDonalds. I had my first medical visit July 13th 2023. They order 2 sets of contact trials and never informed me when to pick them up. When I picked them up they only had "knowledge" of one set. They finally order the second set of trials (a week later since they realized they were wrong). Again, never told me when they arrived. I had to constantly chase them. When I asked them to order my contacts they told that I only had $130 of allowance thorough my insurance. I informed them that for the last 10 years my contacts were categorize as medically necessary and I never had to pay out of pocket to please review. They never did. I asked to speak to the office manager. They never called me. followed up. Never called me. It's now November 22. I am tired of not having contacts and not getting any type of response or ownership. I will have to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars for the lack knowledge and experience. 4 months of mediocre customer service with attitude included and cash out of pocket. Complete apathy by the staff and management. I will never be coming back here.
**** Update **** few weeks after my review the doctor personally called me and attempted to resolved the issue to the best of her ability. A second eye exam was done and the issue was reviewed with my insurance. Definitely appreciate her help. I only wish it was done the first time
