Guy in the front with the beard and glasses is so rude and very unaccommodating ! I ordered some contacts from a different location. I never got a call telling me they were ready so I went in this location, hoping to get some spares until they were ready. When I arrived, he told me the other location had my contacts and they were ready. I explained to him since they never called me. I couldn’t pick them up today. I Asked him if I can just have a one day trial until I can pick them up at the other location tomorrow he refused to give me one day spares and told me a basically use my glasses which I could not use well since they are broken. As a business, you always want to give good customer service and he definitely did not strive to give that. I won’t be coming back to this location

I bought Calvin Klein glasses in February, they offered me a one-year warranty, my lenses got scratched by accident, I called to ask about the warranty and they said that when they sold it to me, they didn't put a warranty on it, that they sell the lenses. I am not satisfied that they offer one thing and do not comply 😔

The customer service is excellent, there is only one thing that did not seem right to me, and that is if they break your glasses or scratch them. They are not responsible for damages. They only cover you with glasses they have in the store. It doesn't matter if your glasses cost $500, they will give you $200 glasses that they have in the store.

I called before I arrived to check my insurance card eligibility. The representative was so helpful with advice as well as patience! He took the initiative to call my insurance and utilize my benefits. Once my benefits were available, the vision works representative explained the promotions in the store and provided many options. I had a pair of glasses that I wanted to make prescription and VisionWorks was able to make it happen! This is my second time at VisionWorks and both visits were 5-perfect rating! I will keep coming back! Thanks for the great customer service! On the phone & in person!

Mediocre at best. I went there because I could not see out of my right eye so they changed the prescription in my left eye. I then had to go back to have it corrected after paying for contact lenses. I told them I wanted to go back to my original prescription and it has been impossible to get them to send me the correct prescription despite multiple phone calls. Poor customer service and poor attention to detail.

First and last time I visited this store. No attention from the 3 staff at all. Did not hear a word from the moment I entered until I left after 10 minutes and tried multiple pairs. I was not a customer but a ghost… very poor service while only one other person was being helped.
From there I went to Warby Parker in Wynwood, night and day, excellent service and better products. Thank you for ignoring my presence Visionworks!

I’ve been tryna call and see if my order is ready and I got put on hold twice for 12minutes and the line drops. And now nobody answers.
