The associate by the name of Blanca at the on London Square branch is an amazing human being. Super helpful and very charming. She explained to us many things that had to do with our glasses and told us that adding a warranty is a great asset. She is worth having at that Visionworks. Tremendous and very friendly associate.

Starting with the young beautiful girl that work with the Eye Doctor ending to the person, I donโt remember her name that helped me choose my glassesโฆ.. They are the most efficient, outstanding, over the topโฆ Not to mention the handsome white haired looking Eye Doctor that took such great care of my eyes. I have been to a few VisionWorks around the globe and I can honestly say that you guys are absolutely and without hesitation the most efficient. May God Bless you all. ๐๐ฝโค๏ธ

Unexpectedly bad service attitude of employees, not helpful at all. Asked for assistance on finding a frame while I couldn't find, told me it's on the top shelf while she remained seated doing nothing.

Iโm really disappointed to share my recent experience with Visionworks after being a loyal customer for nine years. This year, I found out that my United Healthcare Vision insurance wasn't accepted for my eye exam, despite having full coverage. Whatโs more frustrating is that every year, I was charged for my eye exam without anyone bothering to check my insurance benefits.
When I decided to review my benefits this year and refused to pay the $60 charge, I was met with resistance from a front desk staff member who was unhelpful and didnโt make any effort to verify my coverage. I am not sure what her name was, but she was a shorter Hispanic girl with glasses that had thick black frames. It was frustrating to feel dismissed like that.
Looking back, I can only recall one employee from back in 2017 who truly assisted me in finding glasses that looked great on me. This is the only reason I would be giving 2 stars in my review. Unfortunately, since then, most of the staff have pressured me into purchasing frames at full price, making the experience feel more like a sales pitch rather than genuine help. To top everything off, I had scheduled my appointment a day in advance, but when it was time for my appointment, I was told that the doctor wasn't there. I already had a set schedule that day and they requested I came back later for the exam. Furthermore, they called me about 2 weeks later and said that I was a "no-show" and was asked to reschedule, in which I had the incident with the girl that did not want to go over what was actually covered in my insurance, so I left and will never come back.
Overall, Iโm really let down by the service this year and the lack of support from the staff, especially after so many years of loyalty. It's disheartening to feel this way about a place I once trusted for my eye care.

The doctor was very nice however, the staff in the retail location wasnt. Seemed like they hate their jobs and questions bother them. Wont be coming back to visionworks after years of being with them.
