This pharmacy is a joke. Nothing is ever ready. Answer the automated call and confirm you’re picking up your medicine and it’s not ready. Come to pick it up and it’s not ready so get told to come another day. One year of giving them chances to do better and nothing has changed. They still don’t give a damn. Even overheard an issue of one of the pharmacy assistant messing up an order that was luckily caught before it was picked up.

Can’t solve the simplest issues and slow like molasses. Sad what Walgreens has gotten this bad…. SMH
They don’t care this is why they sign contracts with insurance companies to make sure you have no other option no matter how you are treated

Does not answer the phone. They will keep you on hold and tell you every 5 min “pharmacy please hold” won’t even let you get a word in. It’s taken me a full day to try to get in contact and still have not been able to. If you need a prescription go elsewhere.

They are QUICK to charge your credit card but extremely irresponsible when it comes to delivering your medication. They charged me for my medication last week and I still haven’t received it. I called yesterday morning and the rude employee who responded told me they were going to deliver it yesterday. It’s now 8 pm the following day and still nothing. I call again and the same employee tells me “they’re gonna call me back tomorrow.” My medication should have been delivered LONG ago and the guy is telling me he’s gonna “call me back” when in reality he won’t. I told him to refund me and that I will get my medication somewhere else. I’ve had one too many issues with this so-called “pharmacy.” They should lose their license.

I'll give them 0 stars but I can't. The worst pharmacy in Miami. I'm holding on for 25 minutes and evertime I'm put on hold. Fire them all.

Pharmacy here is awful. Have waited over an hour multiple times to pick up prescriptions or to get shots. Every single time I've had an appointment for a specific time and shown up early. You will still wait over an hour to even be spoken to, even longer to get the medication or shot you were scheduled for. Have shown up right when they are meant to open (9am) and they don't actually open until 9:30 at least. Staff will see people waiting and ignore them. Just go literally anywhere else. This is the closest Walgreens to me but at this point I would be saving a substantial amount of time by going to a farther location.

I called in a refill and used the automated phone system. No problem.Then a assistant from the pharmacy came on the line. Talking way too fast for me to understand then switching to Spanish, I have known idea what she was saying, she kept saying ok ok ok.I gave up, waste of my time.I’ll try another pharmacy.
