I really dislike shopping here. Their Rx are higher priced than other places (check good rx). The prices are absurd for common things, like hair color and naproxen (check walmart or amazon). The rewards program is a scam. I had an $8 off coupon, and they would not honor it, saying it's $8 in points, but yet I couldn't use the points for my purchase.
The biggest issue I have is that the pharmacy staff completely ignored me for over 10 minutes while they chit-chatted in the back. OMG, I was so mad by that. That wasn't the first time the pharmacy staff was grossly inappropriate, either.
Well, that was the last straw for me. I can get what I need cheaper and faster elsewhere, and I'll be treated 100% better. This Walgreens, No Bueno!

Worst customer service. Left on hold for 45 minutes than they hung up on me. No one ever answers and the pharmacy is completely unorganized.

I was treated very disrespectful by the pharmacy tech (Liz). She has no clue how to take care of costumers. Walgreens should seriously eveluate her job performance and place her in an anger management class. I also contacted the store manager (Ingrid) and after explaining my incident, I truly felt like she is not going to do anything about it..

Called this morning 20 minutes on phone. No one answered. Now sitting at window since 5:20pm. It's now 5:45pm no one tending window. This is the worst pharmacy in all Kendall! Stay away

Today I attended with my mother to give her her COVID vaccine and Alisha served us in a very sweet and kind way. She treated my mother with great politeness, my respects and congratulations to her and the Sunday pharmacy staff.People like her need stores because they seem to like their work ????

I'll echo all the comments about them not answering the phones and placing people on hold for hours. My doctor was calling to add a prescription, and they kept putting him on hold. Walgreens corporate needs to seriously look at this place.

Yesterday my husband, who has a flare of ulcerative colitis, received a prescription that was placed on this Walgreens farmacy which is the closest to home. The medication is an expensive one (with a copayment of 300$) that needed authorization from the insurance, I went to pick it up the tender told me that the medication was there but have to be approved by the insurance, once it happened (today at noon) I went again (6pm) and the tender said they had to “prepare” the medicine and asked me to come back in 1:30 hours, I came back at 8:30pm and they told me they needed another hour to “prepare” the medication, I complained and asked for a shorter wait time and he said I could wait just there. I took a seat thinking that it would be like 15-20 minutes but for my surprise after 5 minutes the boy told me the medicine wasn’t at the pharmacy at this time, that I should wait until Friday to get it… I can’t tell my disappointment… my husband is feeling really bad and those people seemed to be playing with others suffering… I asked to talk to the manager but was none on the shift, I talked to the pharmacist without any luck, he just apologized for his coworkers… I definitely not recommend this pharmacy , has been my pharmacy for many years but I’m not happy with this place anymore.
