Today at Walgreens, Monica and Vertrudie were outstanding. They helped me return a package with a smile and even shared a laugh with me about forgetting my tape. Their friendly and accommodating service made what could have been a routine errand both pleasant and memorable. Thank you, Monica and Vertrudie, for your excellent customer service!

The service at the pharmacy is terrible. They reduce prescriptions from 3 months to 1 month or less. I would prefer to go to another pharmacy other than Walgreen

Apparently the workers here, some I'm not going to say all because it would be unfair on my part, but let's say half of them, both in the store and in the pharmacy, treat you as if they were doing you such a big favor and you weren't paying. for the service. I verified this 2 days in a row visiting this place, the first day I thought it was pure coincidence and that someone had just had a bad day but I was wrong. I came 3 hours ago so they could transfer a medication from Navarro, I offered them all the information, don't worry, we will call to have the transfer. I return after three hours and no management has been done. I think they should have more responsibility in terms of offering a more serious service.

I’ve been coming to this store since I was a teenager and never had an issue before. Today Thanksgiving’s eve I had the worst experience! The lady cashier is the rudest person on earth!!! A tall lady with big earrings . I greeted her by saying good afternoon, she didn’t even look up , I wasn’t done with my purchase and she said: your telephone number , I replied , yes , please let me have this other item which they sell over the counter . She just dropped the bag and went to replace shopping bags when they usually hand the bags to customers . People like that shouldn’t be working with customers. If you don’t like the job, it’s easy, just get another one but stop mistreating people, we are spending money my dear, we are not getting anything for free!!!!. Rude!!!!!

Pharmacy is terrible. Staff Always late or it’s closed. I’ve had to transfer my rx out to other Walgreens to be able to get them on time. Have to continuously call to get meds delivered despite the order being indicated for delivery. Need more professional staff delivering better quality service to customers.

Pharmacy Associate does not wear mask, not friendly to customers, not enough information. I was rejected for vaccine because I made appointment on the same days - If you want to go here, make appointment at least one week prior. Avoid this location.

One start to the pharmacy. Horrible customer service! They do not answer the phone, and keep you on hold without asking you whom you need to talk to. You can hear in the back somebody telling answer the phone, but they do not. Extreme lack of professionalism.

What is the purpose of making appointments to be vaccinated. If you have to on line for an hour and half. Of course no distance between people.They only care ( Walgreens) making appointments, vacation and making $.If you get infected inside of Walgreens is a cost of doing business.
