This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The staff is unhelpful, and the service is consistently terrible. My medications are always delayed, forcing me to start them well past the intended date. This happens every single month. The app falsely claims my prescription is ready, only for me to wait in a long line and be told it was a mistake—come back tomorrow. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this Walgreens location at all costs—or better yet, avoid Walgreens altogether.

Pharmacists do not answer the phones. Called twice and was on hold for 30min each time before hanging up. Picking up prescriptions is also a nightmare. They’re never ready on time and the pharmacist cannot be bothered to prepare patients’ medicines. Awful customer service.

horrendous customer experience, although common at pharmacies, this one is the worst i've encountered. they're unable to answer phone calls and their 'technicians' will hang up on calls after the call has been transferred. Avoid at all costs.

If i could give 0 stars I would! The pharmacy staff is so unhelpful and acts like they are doing you a favor! If you call, you will be kept on hold for hours without any help. If you go in person, you will be doing the same. Better choose another pharmacy, you will need to get headache meds in addition to whatever you were actually sick for!

Review of Walgreens – Terrible Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience at Walgreens this morning. I went to purchase a coffee, but the cashier rang it up incorrectly. When I pointed out the mistake, the cashier seemed uninformed and unable to fix the issue, and the system wasn’t working properly either. I asked to speak to the manager, only to find out that they were outside in the parking lot instead of attending to customers.
To make matters worse, the cashier completely ignored my issue, moving on to assist more than two other customers while I was left waiting. When I asked for the manager again, I was told they were still in the parking lot and had not made any effort to come inside and help.
This level of service is unacceptable. A business should ensure that employees are properly trained and that management is available when needed.

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, and I've been to dozens of them. They consistently mess up my prescriptions, don't know how to fix their errors, and don't get me started on the wait.
If you have any other options (sadly, I don't), run away as fast as you can.

Very slow service when attending the drugstore from 11pm to 1am always, only one man serves who is very distracted and does not mind letting people wait while he is playing on the computer inside

The rudest the most disgusting, disrespectful pharmacy I have seen . The technician “Jane”was calling out my prescription name loudly not having any education of HIPA regulations, the back pharmacy was horrible looking . Drugs are piled up and the pharmacist that was in call was so lazy to even to come and speak to not just me but everyone that was complaining. They were pushing me to take a less quantity of the meds.
This pharmacy at Walgreens is NOT SAFE . Change your location or pharmacy, they will definitely hear from my attorney.
Horrible horrible , don’t trust this pharmacy, they can give you wrong meds
