I bought glasses this morning at this store at 10:20 a.m.. when I got back to my hotel I discovered the sides were aqua and I don't like them. I walked a mile and I forgot the receipt and my driver's license but I had the credit card that I paid for them with. The woman said to me did you enter your phone number when you bought them and I said yes. We entered my phone number and she saw the sale. And then she said she could refund me but then when I told her I left my photo ID at the hotel she not only did not refund me but she kept the glasses.. I am out $25.99 with nothing to show for it.. I cannot believe this happened. She also did not speak English very well at all. The other two store clerks also did not speak English very well that they would not give them back to me or my money. I had my credit card on me and they saw that I made the sale because I entered my phone number that I did earlier this morning. N do not shop here especially if you're a white American who only speaks English they will rip you off this is racism.

Service here is horrible. Very rude cashiers. Most of them dont speak english, not even a word, so it‘s really hard when you ask them something or when something doesn‘t work and they just say „no“. They don‘t help at all and if something doesn‘t work with the transaction they just don‘t care

Security and cashier treated me and my family like thieves just because we were black. Watched us in the store when we were just trying to purchase a few items.

Today I was there to get some vaccines and the experience was excellent. The girl at the pharmacy treated me very well, the process was quick and simple. The doctor was also super nice. I don't know if all work shifts are the same but today's 05/24/2024 were excellent.

If you want to be treated poorly go here. Every cashier I’ve dealt with hasn’t said hello back, barely say anything and god forbid if you have a question. Only thing you get is rolling eyes.

The worst pharmacy department of any Walgreens. The longest time waiting on phone hold . More than 20 minutes and no once can answer to say ‘Please can you wait on hold” . It’s always the same when I call .
They never has the medications on stock , even knowing you always pick the same medication every month .

Ordered last week. Won't be ready till next week. (See pic for date). Should have been ready last Friday. Will not let the order go through early so that the prescription is there on time. That's what I was told when I walked in there today. The only pharmacy that is approved by social security disability for full compensation. Such terrible service. Just cold callous human beings. No regard for how the lack of medication affects the patient.
