This pharmacy doesn't ever seem to be able to get my order right the first time. They have bungled my last five prescription order. I can not recommend them in good state to anyone. I would never return there if they were not in my network preference.

If you want to waste your time come to this Walgreens, it's supposed to open at 6:00 am but you'll probably be waiting about an hour for them to decide to open.

They need to mix it up at the cashier. With different people. That speak all languages not just Spanish . Then you have to find a translator . Same way there is Spanish talking people at the front . There needs to be people that speech English

Pharmacy is Terrible! If a Pharmacist has a political agenda for handing out Rx drugs then retire. I suffer because of pharmacy issues.

I went today to pickup my medicines after 3 weeks in the hospital, one person from the staff took my prescription and told me in a rude way “ your medicine will be ready for pickup in 4 hours “ , I requested him to try to have one of the medicine (1 of 6) ready in two hours due to I need to take it , so he looked at me with an ironic smile on his face and told me :” I don’t have to be in a rush just because you are” I requested to talk with a supervisor, An old guy (Bahman A) comes up trying to justify his employee instead of help me with my medicines. I decided to take my prescription to CVS, just two block from there, where I was treated as human/client. BTW, I GOT ALL MY MEDICINES IN ONE (01) HOURI will never going back to this or any other Walgreens trash. Ever !

There was one person at checkout and there were 9 people in line. It’s inefficient. It lacks the convenience I look for at a Walgreens.

Poorly managed location. No self check out and only one register open. Go to CVS round the corner if you value your time.

The pharmacists are super helpful, friendly, and knowledge. Really appreciate the dedication and support I have received there for years and years in a row.

5+ star Pharmacist works here. Unfortunately I don't know his name, but this man is the best! He is always very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

This is a review of the PHARMACY AND PHARMACISTS: This is THE BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL pharmacy in downtown. I started coming here because I was so frustrated with CVS constantly telling me prescriptions were ready when they weren’t, ping ponging me around to different locations, taking days and sometimes weeks to fill prescriptions and not knowing how to handle insurance issues. This was such a breath of fresh air. They take care of everything, call me almost immediately to clear up any issues, they’re quick and extremely pleasant and professional. There is never a wait. I am sooo happy with this pharmacy - they’re the only one I will use. Thank you so much!

The store management does not care about the health of customers and easily sells expired products. For example, yesterday (03/18/2023), my mother bought milk that had an expiration date (03/14/2023). Be careful with shopping in this store!

You come to a pharmacy to pickup a medication only to get attitude from the person at the counter. I was attended by Yanara at Walgreens located at 68th street. She is condescending and rude. The finally have the prescription ready and they will not give it to me because I have to wait for the pharmacist to come back from lunch. Only for him to tell me if I’ve checked with my doctor because of my kidney disorder. I was waiting for 45 mins in line before speaking with Yanara. She rolled her eyes at me and then proceeded to speak in Spanish about me to the other employees in the back. I could have engaged her but it’s not worth it. I guess she didn’t think I spoke Spanish. All pharmacies are becoming like this. It is sad that there are no regulations for this. Fast food service have more control over their employees than pharmacies do.
