Lines are not ungodly long at the pharmacy unlike the Walgreens on Flagler & 12th.In the front, cashiers are friendly but there can be lines since there is usually only one register open. If a customer has a problem at the register that line can become a long nightmare.Can be a bit difficult at times to get someone on the floor if you need something unlocked or need to find an item due to everybody cutting staff.Pharmacy is a fairly fast turnaround when bringing in a written prescription BUT they don't answer the phone and my doctor's office had a nightmare with them when they submitted a prescription electronically and Walgreens didn't get it.Had to make multiple trips back and forth between Walgreens and the doctor's office because Walgreens doesn't answer the phone and my doctor's office no longer writes physical prescriptions.

Not good at all , waited in line for 10 minutes, staff isn’t efficient and that was to pay for 2 candy bars..

I went to photo service department. Maria, the manager, was so helpful and professional despite not having enough staff on the floor, she tried to help me as quickly as possible. Thank you.

Do not go here if you’re looking for people that do their job. The fedex person in here is super rude had people waiting forever while she sat there and did nothing then had no clue how to even scan a package what a joke

The service at this Walgreens has gone down more and more over the years. Drive thru pharmacy? Forget about it because you'll wait 15 minutes before anyone even approaches the window. The pharmacy has been sooo poorly staffed. Even standing in line inside is a project. As I stood here in line i even watched one of the pharmacists go thru bottles of pills and stick her finger in there with no gloves but that's supposed to go to someone else afterwards? That's disgusting. Then when it was my turn I had to get a return since the pharmacy didn't give me my Goodrx discount. But they were trying to make me wait because the manager was in the back too busy eating Wendy's. I'm sorry but customer service is first. As a manager if you want your store to succeed, your customer is first. The lady at the pharmacy helping me (bigger red head lady) can't even count, I gave her a $50 and she was trying to give me back only $13 for medication that only cost 19.19. How is she even on a cash register? I tried to approach the manager who finally popped out (tall white man), when it all ended, and because I was upset he chose to ignore me and go straight to the back ignoring me the whole time. Customer service is at its finest here! This Walgreens is becoming as bad as the area. Dirty and poor serviced.Never returning to this Walgreens again

Walgreens Case #19430223- Unknown by me, until today 3/8/2023, the PM store manager showed her prejudice and racist self, directed at me for all to see. Problem with Store Manager. The PM Store Manager HATES ME, the customer for calling out Walgreens Store#5250. The PM Store Manager attempted to tell me I am banned from the store, simply for giving feedback on mislabeled sale products. The Store Manager in question should be fired.I made it known, once again a product that was labeled as OTC was NOT identified as such at the register. Walgreens#5250 has many challenges, keeping professional managers appears to be the number one challenge. Fire this PM Manager immediately.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for many years when Alina was here I never have a problem and also another young lady forgot her name since they left there is this one young men calls himself Alfonso that always tries to go back and fourth with me he is very rude, attitude tries hanging up while I’m trying to explain It’s just pathetic and sad I had a mayor surgery I have a Picc line on and all I’m asking is to pick up my medicine that helps me sleep 2 days before and he pushed it to 7 days later when my bottle clearly saids the 13th I then asked him as a pharmacist what else can you recommend to help me sleep with this pain and he said call your Doctor and hung up on me I’m a 54 year old grown women I’m not an addict there was no need for this mistreatment, I will be changing pharmacy and calling and writing to Corp.

The pharmacists are rude! I go to pick up my prescription and she immediately tells me, "Do you NOT watch the news?".... I was super confused. She tells me If I watched the news I would know that there is a shortage in my medication. She could've just said my medicine was out of stock without being so rude and extra. She told me her name was Yani, but I already know she gave me a fake name.

I went to exchange a couple of foster grant reading glasses that I had purchased on December 28th, 2022 and had a receipt. I save the receipts because once in a while I have to go back and exchange them for a new pair. They have many designs to choose from, but the only ones that look good on me are this specific style. Unfortunately, they sometimes, tend to snap in half, or the glass seems to crack from the difference of temperatures I believe. I am not a glass expert or plastic expert, for that matter, but that's what seems to me that is happening. Maybe from leaving them in the hot car and then wearing them in the air conditioner. I don't know but it does happen from time to time. The girl I spoke with in the corporate office told me that has happened to her before randomly like it happens to me. Design flaw I guess. I don't like to pay $26 and a couple of weeks later I can no longer use them. So I went to exchange it and I was helped by this very rude manager that told me her name was Miss A. Who in their professional life would give such a name when someone is asking for your full name? Miss A did. She was an a****** and I am not sorry for saying it. I've worked in retail management more than 26 years and I have never heard such entitlement and abuse of power as I did today. She basically said I was lying without using the word liar. She said that the glass was scratched. I explained what happens sometimes but that it's not a scratch. She said that the glasses were old, even though I'm showing her a receipt from December 28th. She said she was not going to return them and then stormed off the register and walked away from me while I was still talking with my receipt in my hand. That is a no no in customer service. I was furious!!!! This has not been the first incident with this woman. She's been rude before and I will not tolerate it. I didn't complain the last time because it just wasn't worth my time. But this time I am pissed off so I reported her to corporate and filed a legit complaint for her actions. MIss A, If you are working in the customer service field where you have to deal with all kinds of situations with customers, you better learn and know how to treat others. I will not stand for it. The sad part is that I live right around the corner and I will probably have to see her face again. Just kidding I'm never going back there again. Pretty sad to me that this individual can get away with treating others this way. Not me. Not no more. Walgreens you better give me my money back. I am never going to purchase these types of glasses again nor give my business to this Walgreens or any other Walgreens again.. CVS you're my new best friend. Mind you, I live around the corner and I am there all the time replenishing my basic need products for my makeup kit. I buy mascaras, makeup wipes, makeup cleansers, masacara wamds. some lip products, eyeliners, lash glue, all kinds of stuff not to mention snacks and all kinds of things. I spent thousands of dollars every year at Walgreens and mostly at this location. Walgreens fix this.

The pharmacy straight up doesn't answer phone calls. I need my prescription filled every 3 months and I always try this one because it is convenient. For 3 different refills I've tried them and they STRAIGHT UP will NOT answer your phone call no matter how long you hold. Unprofessional

The pharmacist and her assistant were both very professional and took care of my daughter’s prescription very quickly! I chose this pharmacy since it was on my way to the airport from cruise terminal. I am very pleased with this awesome service! Thank you!

My husband and me stop at this location for a couple of things the line was big the child on the register call for help in a couple of minutes a lady opened a register we went to pay my husband put a 12 pack of beer on the counter she asked for ID I give her my ID my husband was paying with his card she didn’t want my ID she wanted my husband’s I tell her is in the car so she dint let us pay for are things she refused to take my ID I’m 60 years all and my husband was really upset we shop at Wallgreens for years and never felt so disrespectful at front of so many people on the line I will never come to this store again the color lady that dint let us pay got some issues don’t let people like this make your store look ugly if they don’t know how to treat customer’s you should have them clean the toilets
