Worst service ever… Bad customer service experience. I came to print a picture and they have a policy 1 hours service when I approach to the counter the guy told we need to wait one hour and I say but can you print I just sent and he said I need to wait what ever the sister say.
He bother me and walk to the employee break room and wait for the one hrs.

I do have something to say, it is a terrible place, the employees there do not want to work, they walk around with bitter faces. You ask them about something and they don't answer you. Today I went shopping like I normally do, I was in the cosmetics and makeup area and I was looking at a product and the girl came and told me why I couldn't open the product and I told her if I am opening the product it is because I am going to buy it. Then they came to call another person to say that I was opening the products, they even went to call a police officer, the truth is that I do not understand why they did it, they were very racist with me... as if I had been racist with her because of her skin color! But do not worry, I will go again and take a picture of the two people I am telling you about so you can see them, those types of people do not deserve a job like that, people with no experience to serve customers! 👎👎

This has to be the absolute worst Walgreens in Miami. It’s a hassle to talk to anyone in the pharmacy it seems all they know (or care to pick up the phone) is to put you back on hold. Then there’s the issue of prescriptions always being late or not available. Better take the extra drive to the 24 hour one in Brickell.

If you’re ready to battle for that vitamin C, Walgreens is your arena. Just be prepared for a bit of a scavenger hunt along the way!

Terrible attention and bad personal service that serves with a lack of empathy and unprofessional vulgarity and lack of respect towards customers this is at the Walgreens at (1695Nw 20Th Miami, Fl) this happened 07/01/24 on the night shift At around 1 am, in the aisle in front of the boxes there was a spilled cheese sauce from a glass container that was scattered on the floor. I slipped because I almost fell, I'm pregnant and I was also carrying a 5-month-old baby in my arms. I told the two girls who were there in front of the checkout to clean it because that is a danger for the customers and they ignored me, and when I arrived at the cash register to pay, one of the girls who went to whom I told that I had spilled the sauce told me to ask her in English to charge me for the 3 packs of water that I had because she refused to charge me for them. If I didn't ask her for it in English, I felt discriminated against because of the language I speak since to scan a product that I carry I don't have to ask her in English if I'm bringing the product in person, she retaliated against me for what I told her about the sauce. that was spilled on the floor. They should be more careful with the staff they hire since they are giving a bad image to the establishment as such, since they cannot be discriminating against people and even worse seeing that there is a danger for customers who visit the premises and ignore it, putting people's lives at risk because they are seeing the danger as such and doing nothing about it!

Terrible service today 06/24/24 I arrived for a product and it was in the display case. I asked the employee if she could help me and she said no because the keys weren't working. I asked the cashier and she answered me. I was going to call someone, I finally spent half an hour waiting and no one came.

An establishment that does not have a bathroom available has a long queue. If you are going to take a while to pay for what you are going to buy and you need a bathroom, it is not possible, so I will go to another establishment.
