I won’t give this Walgreens the maximum points because this store management is not providing enough employment to work at the Pharmacy so that the customers receive a better service
.Their pharmacy employees are amazing and wonderful and should not be exploited!

I’m a 19 year old afro latino/American born and raised here in Miami Fl. I’m currently enlisting in the Army and I went to the pharmacy yesterday in the afternoon because I needed my prescription records so that I can sign a waiver to get a medical issue resolved in my military application. I explained this to the lady helping me and she said she had to ask the doctor and suddenly both her and the doctor speak to me in a rude demeanor because I don’t have any prescriptions with them. I explained that is exactly what I need to show to the army and I kindly asked if they can print a paper proving this fact and I was ignored the first time so I repeated and still ignored. They didn’t even look at me. People are rude everywhere, but I genuinely never felt this disrespected and embarrassed in a profesional environment before. The doctor and the lady who “helped” me should be ashamed. You’re healthcare professionals, ACT LIKE IT.

The store manager Lazaro and the pharmacy manager Lidia “Lily” have no customer service experience and no ethical manners, English is not their strong, which makes it difficult for them to understand and communicate. This is not acceptable for a manager position as their customers are from different backgrounds. The worst thing is that those managers cover each other's backs and will not give you any solution to the customers' needs. Please avoid this place for any kind of business, these people are incompetent for this kind of job.

This review is for the pharmacy since this is the only reason I go to Walgreens. The drive thru is terrible it takes them a really long time to come to the window to see how they can help you. Once they do it is nearly impossible to hear what the person is saying. When calling the pharmacy they keep placing call on hold especially if you call in the morning. I have been waiting for over a week for my daughter’s medicine and still nothing. At this point my family and I will be switching to a different pharmacy.

Super satisfied and happy the way this flu vaccine visit was. The tech who assisted us was Yaimy from the pharmacy. May i say that it was such a great experience since my daughter is afraid of needles. Yaimy did such an amazing job having patience with my daughter and her questions. So glad we were able to be treated by her. Thank you Yaimy for doing such an amazing job with our big family. Yaimy definitely deserves a raise a promotion or something for her excellent work. You are amazing Yaimy thank you so much.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have 2 wait an entire day for EYE DROPS AND EYE MEDICATION. WHEN CVS TOLD ME 20-30 Mins and trust they are much busier. 2 pharmacists and one is old as hell the other tells you to come tommorow just becuase she doesn’t want to do her job.
Do they not know the importance of vision,
Then she says after 12 the next day…. I came in at 2 they have OVER 3 hours to get it ready

The treatment was horrible and discriminatory, today I went to pick up some medication for my grandmother and I had never had any problems until today when I met a lady named MIRIAN C. I completely discriminate against myself because of the type of ID I have, previously there have never been problems picking up the medication, but with her she demands an ID that she says is real because an ID that is accepted everywhere she didn't want to accept and I told her what the other girls who have given me the medications on previous occasions did and she responded in a very bad way that she knew how to do her job, and she repeated several times in a bad way saying THIS IS NOT AN ID 🪪, use that in your country not here, and it is an identification that they gave me here in Florida and I have never had problems anywhere, neither at the airport nor anywhere, only with this lady who I had never seen there in that pharmacy, but it's good that she

I'm a bus driver for Miami Dade Transit. I entered your store this morning as i regularly do. I asked the cashier at the front could i use the restroom. She told me the restroom was closed but she had just gave someone the code to use it. I'm thinking about contacting my lawyer to file a discrimination lawsuit.
