On vacation from out of town. Called ahead to make sure they had a medical device we needed which they confirmed and website also said was in stock. Immediately took Uber from hotel which caused additional time, money and injury only to find out they did not have it

Worst customer service from the pharmacist. No sense of care for their customers - they don’t take time to answer questions thoroughly or guide you with information about your own prescriptions! .. unbelievable. Stay away.

THE WORST! Unreliable pharmacy. Pharmacist said my prescription would be sent to another Walgreens and it never was. I’ve been dying all night due to their lack of care and responsibility over patients. Terrible service. Never sending my prescriptions to Walgreens again.

December 6 between 10:15-10:20, the cashier at the pharmacy dressed in SpongeBob cartoon sweatshirt and pants,should receive training in customer service. I was asking why my medication was short, she was very aggravated to tell me bc "that's all we have." Well, when will you receive more so I can get my full prescription amount? She rolled her eyes "I don't know." I asked if I would get the missing amount for my next refill. "I don't know." I must have been asking questions that was above her pay rate. I thought I would have better results in speaking with a human face to face since when I call this pharmacy, they answer and then put you on hold just to be disconnected on repeat. I think retraining staff or getting new staff that want to work would be helpful for your customers and all the bad reviews

Extremely frustrating and unhelpful. The staff (photo section) declined my return because I didn’t have a printed return label. However, according to the instructions in my email, I could use a return code, and the carrier would assist if needed. When I asked for assistance, including the possibility of using their printer (for which I was ready to pay), they repeatedly refused to help

I asked to have my passport photo taken at 7:46 at night and they told me that that part of the store was already closed. It makes me so sad how they treat customers as if we were stupid. I worked for Walgreens's for 10 years and that is a lie that they close passport photo the only thing that is closed is western union because the system goes down after 9 but from there everything works the same

This Walgreens is the worst. Not only is the store a wreck, but so is the pharmacy. Dirty and understaffed at all times. Long lines to check out, no lie, about 20+ people waiting on 1 cashier. Pharmacy? Haha... I hope you have time to wait. They'll get to you after the other 50 in front of you even though you are 1st in line, you'll wait. It's just a bad experience every time. Avoid this one. Piss poor management
