Always the longest wait times to get someone on the phone in the pharmacy.
Over 30 min wait times. I am a patient person with these types of calls but over 30min is pushing it. Then someone answers and puts you on hold longer.
This pharmacy is not customer friendly.

Worst Walgreens experience. My son tested positive for Influenza A. They told us they would verify if they had the prescription in stock but never called back. We called and were on hold for 25 minutes before being disconnected. Went to the pharmacy to complain and had to wait just to be told who has the prescription. 3 hours still waiting…..

Unfortunately, my experience at the Walgreens pharmacy has been extremely negative. Three days ago I requested information about my medications and so far I have not received any response. The lack of communication and lack of customer service at this pharmacy is alarming. It is unacceptable that a healthcare facility cannot provide timely and accurate information about its clients' medications. This situation has generated great discomfort and concern for me, and makes me question the quality of the service offered at this pharmacy. I would absolutely not recommend Walgreens pharmacy to anyone looking for efficient and reliable service.

Disastrous process and has been for years. Long lines, insufficient staff, medications not ready even though advised by phone/text that they are, promises that medication will be available next day and is not, etc.
Poor attendants try their best but management and process are totally deficient.

Getting someone to understand your question in English is impossible. Call 1800 customer service instead of this store if you have a question. Otherwise you will be transferred endlessly and given wrong information. Also, the prices at this store are higher than at other Walgreens stores in the area.
